Pros:

Toller Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Das Kloster und der See sind perfekt zum entspannen. Die neue Einrichtung passt super ins Ambiente und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine super Auswahl mit sehr leckeren Brötchen.

Weniger Bürokratie wäre zeitgemäß
Pros:

Es gibt Parkplätze am Haus und ein paar Meter entfernt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Blick auf den See war traumhaft schön. Die Zimmer sind eher spartanisch eingerichtet, aber es war alles da. Es war sehr ruhig, nur in der Ferne waren Autos bei geöffnetem Fenster zu hören. Obwohl das Restaurant geschlossen war, konnten wir uns abends in die "Hotelbar" setzen. Im Grunde ein nicht als Restaurant genutztes Restaurant in einem schönen Gewölbe. Dort gibt es auch eine Kegelbahn. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und aufmerksam. In der Nähe gibt es einige wenige Restaurants. Sehr urig, aber auch sehr lecker. Das Frühstück im Hotel war völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Italien, dafür ist das Hotel dann doch etwas zu weit weg von allem. Beim Check-in mussten viele persönliche Daten angegeben werden. Das ist sehr ungewöhnlich in Deutschland und sollte dringend geändert werden, vor allem wenn mehrere Personen als Gruppe anreisen, sollte nicht jeder einen überflüssigen Meldeschein ausfüllen müssen. Das war doch etwas rückständig und sehr bürokratisch.

Einfach geniales Hotel

Extraordinary lodging in a medieval Cloister, modern equipment inside.
Pros:

Very nice location and building, the 1.000 years old cloister nicely rebuilt for comfort lodging and conference venues. Very close to Chiemsee and Chiemsee islands.

Cons:

WiFi did not worked properly during the night (the only minor problem).

Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Gute landschaftlich sehr schön gelegene Hotelanlage mit sehr gutem Frühstück.

Cons:

Abfluss Dusche teilweise verstopft. Wurde trotz Zusage am zweiten Tag nicht repariert.

Sehr gut, gerne mal wieder
Pros:

Reichhaltiges Frühstück, nettes Personal - empfehlenswert. Behinderte sollten Zimmer nicht im obersten Stock nehmen, wenn allein, es gibt zwar einen extra Aufzug, aber ist etwas aufwändig mit Gepäck. Man schafft es aber.

Ich würde wieder kommen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Pros:

Es war sehr schön. Das Kloster hat wie sehr schöne Lage.
Man erreicht den Chiemsee in wenigen Minuten und kann bei nicht so schönen Wetter eine Rundfahrt machen. Die kann ich persönlich sehr empfehlen.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Einzel Zimmer und musste aus dem Koffer leben da kein Kleiderschrank zur Verfügung stand.
