Hôtel bien positionné et bien desservit par les transports en commun
Le pris du parking qui reste élevé mais comme partout

La piscine et la clim en été plus que nécessaire

Das beste Frühstück welches ich bis jetzt gesehen hab. Kein Wunsch bleibt offen. Zimmer super, nur Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Hatten ein Vierbettzimmer - für eine Nacht aber das Frühstück ist ein definitiv ein Grund länger zu bleiben.
En general todo, pero sobre todo la atención de los chicos y chicas que regulan en la entrada y salida.
Todo soluciones a cualquier pregunta o duda del hotel o de como moverte por Madrid.
Nothing racist people unhelpful specially because I travelled with my young children
Didn’t like anything about this hotel the staff were not friendly and racist only the cleaners were okay.
Toilet door kept locking inside the room - very unsafe when you have young children! The hotels stinks. Loads of funny rules they was creating at the pool side like no food no water from the rooms umbrellas can’t be opened when we asked. I travel a lot and this was by far one of the worst places. They had the turkey ham and pork ham signs swapped the wrong way at breakfast and when told they didn’t even apologise for the mistake. as a Muslim family and to have Muslims staying in your hotel this is very serious! luckily we realised in time!
El trato fue excelente desde la llegada, llegamos antes de la hora indicada e hicieron todo lo posible por tener la habitación antes de la hora de check in.

Mucho descontrol en la piscina con los niños. Tampoco nos dejaban abrir las sombrillas.
