Welcoming and brilliant customer service.
Pros:

Location. Dining portions large size and wide variety of choice. Bed mattress super comfortable and soft.

Team member Juhi went above and beyond by advising how to get food to take out to my wife who was recovering from surgery in the hospital across the road.

The Fortune Avenue is an excellent hotel we will definitely stay there again .
Pros:

The staff were very helpful . The breakfast was excellent there was a big variety of options available . The choice of food was excellent in the restaurant.

Great location great breakfast but get a high up room

Cons:

Raw chicken served in room service and no refund for the same.

Function room on 1st floor and very loud music until midnight thumping through the building.

Central location with the suites spacious and kept to what you would expect of a 4 star
Pros:

Staff were very professional and friendly. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

There is a large function room at the hotel and 3 of the 4 nights we stayed the noise was significant until past midnight...does nt make for an easy nights sleep.

Being chased for the minibar bill in my taxi because the hotel forgot to add at checkout.

In room dining was very poor quality and items we returned were still billed... not great experience
