Room 1 - Heater was excessively high, felt suffocated
Room 2 - Water Jet not working, Following morning - Bathroom light not working (had to switch on phone light)

It was a lovely stay at fortune hotel. We truly enjoyed it.
Always a good and varied breakfast; buffet not available a couple of mornings due to low occupancy, but excellent provision of the items specified.
Always friendly and helpful reception staff who never fail to go the extra mile to help.
Laundry service good as always, and to my specific requirements.
A couple of hitches in the excellent dinner provision, but soon rectified to my complete satisfaction.
Quite disappointing that Diet Coke was not available during my stay!
Standard of quality was poor and food was cold.
It is supposed to be a hotel but did not live up to expectations in comparison to the other hotel we stayed in. Picked up a stomach bug at the hotel and suffered from diarrhoea which ruined my holidays.
