Hotel La Terrazza

The accommodation was in a very good location. A few minutes from the train station. The room was very clean. The view from the 5th floor was beautiful. We got a clean towel every day and it was always cleaned. We were also able to pay by credit card.

El personal del hotel muy amable y la limpieza excelente. El baño es viejo y el mobiliario también. Lo mejor de todo es su situación ya que está al lado de la plaza Carlo Felice. Se puede ir andando por toda la zona centro.

Hôtel en centre ville, à côté des commerces et restaurants. Gare routière, bus, train à proximité. Un peu de patience pour trouver une place, si vous avez un véhicule de location, pour se garer au parking payant (gratuit la nuit)

Really simple hotel with lovely staff. The hotel has good location almost in the city center, they have WiFi and air conditioning. Cheap price if you compare to other places. Finding a parking place was hard near hotel. A lot of restaurants with walking distance. Beautiful view to the city

A last minute change in plans led us back to Cagliari for a night, there wasn't much available that wasn't either astronomical or badly reviewed. So we jumped in on a triple room here and were very happy. Perfect location, most important sites and restaurant/ nightlife all in walking distance. Friendly and helpful host - doesn't speak much English but able to communicate fine. Room bigger than expected, clean, comfortable beds, basically but thoughtfully furnished, good shower. And we had a balcony. Its a two star but has a computer for guests to use, a sort of dining room area but a nice surprise when we checked out was a voucher for a coffee and pastry at a nearby café. Perfect for it's price range and billing

We were a bit worried about noise as it is an older building and in the city centre - it was noisy during the early evening (a Thursday) but this tailed off by the time we went to bed

La Terrazza is very conveniently located in the heart of the old city. It is easy to move to the main venues from there. It is extremely clean and quite. I could not hear a noise during the night! Roomsa are perfectly equipped with television,air con/ heating, fridge. The bathroom offers soaps and shampoo/bathfoam. Everything is functioning and well maintained. My rate included breakfast which was provided at a cafeteria a few steps away. The price is excellent. The reception is on the first floor, rooms are located on various floors. There is an old and rather unusual lift. You are given your own key and are free to move as you like during your stay. Personnel is excellen, extremely kind and understanding. Wifi too was working very well.

The hotel is situated right in the center of Cagliari, next to some steps leading to the old walled towncenter. The popular Piazza Yenne is also nearby. The hotel was clean en the personnel helpful. The old elevator is an attraction itself. There was airconditioning, television and a refridgerator. And because of the location I would surely return here if I ever come back to Cagliari.

I've stayed in this hotel twice and I would go back again. If you are looking for location at a resonable price for a short stay then this would be great.

Both rooms were quite different and on different sides of the building.

I honestly don't remember it being too noisy but the room on the front would definitely have been worse. Very clean, rooms a bit on the small side, or rather one of the bathrooms was, but like I said, for a short stay it's just fine.

Staff were actually really helpful too.

Breakfast is just a coffee and pastry from a nearby bar. We just wanted a base to explore the city from so we were quite content with this. italians are terrible at breakfasts anyway! (I'm half Italian so i can say that :)

Our hotel room was on the 5th floor, with a good view over the city. The rooms are very clean and modern. The only downsides were the breakfast, which was a coffee and pastry from the nearby coffee bar and the noise. Various noises from 6am include beeping frenzy and refuse lorry every morning, so not much chance of a lie-in. The walls are very thin meaning you can hear conversations and noise from the next room. Maintenance was being carried out one morning pre 9am for a considerable amount of time chiselling and banging. The beds could have done with different mattresses as they were very lumpy. The rooms are very pleasant and very clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful

Nice place in general but unfortunately the breakfast was dissappointing , they charged us for the self service breakfast but they seemed to forget to go shopping so there was no food , bit dissappointing seeing as it was easter wkend and difficult to get food out, otherwise pleasant enough experience here

This hotel is situated in a building in the centre of Cagliari, it is a 6 floor bluiding, and the hotel has the 1st, the 2nd and the 5th. Rooms in the 5th floor are very nice, new and clean, and there is an amazing view of cagliari, especially by night by one side, by the other side there's the view of the old Bastione, the amazing building/stronghold that wrap the historical centre (by night it is spectacular). It is very close to historical centre and to the main night attaction of cagliari (especially pubs, ice bars and restaurant).
We staied there 3 times, twice on the 5th floor, once on the 2th. Unfortunately on the 2nd floor the room are less nicer and a little bit old, but clean, there's no view, and there's a little bit noise due to the traffic of the centre.
A general defect of this hotel is you can hear the sound and the noise of the other rooms, especially of the hall that leads to the rooms, and if the door of elevator is a little bit noisy (it depends on the floor), you can hear it too, and it is annoying especially during the night when other people goes to their rooms.

Stuff is very nice and friendly.

Generally it is a lovely place to stay for a 2stars hotel.
