Really pleasant stay at the heart of Florence.
Pros:

The location,was super handy to arrive and go to the airport by tram and then being able to walk everywhere in the city centre without being really far from things. Also the staff were super friendly made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

Is not a dislike, it’s a concern, the property is full of tiny ocasional steps (ex.from the corridor to the room, or from the room to the bathroom).
That can be difficult for some people with mobility issues
