Breakfast was good, lots of options and seating. Best location, we could go anywhere by walking. Staff were so friendly and helpful, helping us book a taxi to a vineyard outside of Florence. Room was spacious with nice balcony and view of the pool, also private balcony. The rooftop bar was such a nice bonus, amazing views of the sunset and good drink options. The pool was also nice to relax by with staff taking drink orders.
Nothing it was perfect. Apart from could have been more seating around the actual pool, but there was also seating on the grass and in the shade.
The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was very attentive.

Room was clean and plenty big enough. Bed was large and comfortable. Ensuite was good, clean and a great shower. Breakfast was excellent with a full range of choice. Really good location 5 minute walk from the duomo and the parking service was superb. The roof top bar was heavenly with great views.
The coffee was tepid but this seems to be the norm on the european continent and the noise between our room (320) and the room above was to much, scraping furniture through the night. The pool area was next door to what sounded like a nursery with a very noisy employee...

The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The views from rooftop terrace are simply magnificent, especially at sunset. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and take in the city's skyline. A major plus was the courtyard pool. After a long day of exploring the city in the intense summer heat, it was an absolute lifesaver to come back and dive into a refreshing swim
While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the closet was unfortunately tiny and barely had enough space for our clothes. Similarly, the bathroom was quite small, which made getting ready in the morning a bit of a squeeze.
The hotel is centrally located near the Academia and the Duomo. It is also walking distance to the train station. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony attached to our room in the evening. The pool is very refreshing after a long day of walking and exploring. The breakfast is very good with a nice variety of hot and cold options.
