Отличное место расположения ,хорошие номера,хороший завтрак.

Cons:

Что нет пододеяльника,одеяло застелено двумя простынями .
Есть запах сырости в отеле .
Нет воды в бутылке в номере.

Hotel is absolutely amazing BUT if you’re traveling before mid April just be warned there’s no AC
Pros:

Loved the family room! It was so spacious and has two bathrooms! The terrace was BEAUTIFUL and it has two gorgeous giant doors to open and let the air in!

Cons:

The fold out bed wasn’t very comfortable but those never really are. Also the AC was not running yet and it was stuffy and a bit warm to sleep in.

Pros:

I liked the hotel and the people there. Very profesional and kind.

Cons:

I did not appreciate the way Booking handled the charge for my reservation.
I received an email inviting me to “complete your reservation at Hotel Croce di Malta.” I opened the email and decided to proceed with the payment. However, the payment failed twice, and on the third attempt, the system charged me an additional $70 above the original rate indicated in that same email.
In my opinion, this is unacceptable and amounts to unfair and misleading behavior. I would like to file a formal complaint regarding this situation.
The hotel is not responsible for this issue. In fact, it is a place I would gladly return to—but without going through Booking’s system, which I found manipulative.

Pros:

Excellent, comfortable hotel in prime location. Friendly, helpful staff. Fajtastic breakfast. Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to the station and near the Duomo and Uffizi gallery. Will definitey stay again.
