Bed bugs, filth, asked for extra blankets and were told there was only one extr in the entire building

Great location, very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows
Pros:

Room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, and the AC unit was able to cool the room nicely. Newly renovated.

Cons:

As soon as we walked in the room, it had a very strong smell of mildew/mustiness. Throughout our two nights stay, we were congested each morning and had coughing/post nasal drainage after being in the room overnight sleeping. It smelled as if the room had had water damage in the past or it might have been the AC unit water pan, it was hard to determine the source.

Affordable and clean. Very large and comfortable beds with lots of restaurants nearby. Good affordable place to stay if planning a day at The Guadalupe River.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable ,the room was clean. Maid service staff was responsive. I Need to towels and bath mats and receive them immediately. Friendly!

Cons:

The breakfast was lacking... Juice coffee waffles no breakfast meats ,no eggs. But the waffles were excellent!

There was some slight cleanliness issues but overall not a bad stay for just an overnight trip
Pros:

We really enjoyed the location! Our first room smelled like cigarettes but the staff was very accommodating with getting us a new room quickly.

Cons:

We did book for four adults and a kid and expected a pull out for the kid but he ended up sleeping in the bed which was a tight fit.

Old property with very clean updated rooms and hopefully they just hadn’t updated ( just a little) the outside.
Pros:

The rooms were large, extremely clean, and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Difficult to find a park close to your room. Outside of the property could use a good refresh. Ground floor ice maker didn’t work. Wasn’t even plugged up. Had to go to lobby for coffee.

Clean, safe, ideal location
Pros:

The location was perfect. Got to DT NB fast and was close to a lot of shops and restaurants and only a 15 min drive to the outlets. Room was great.. it was bed bug free! Didn’t try the breakfast. Only issue I had was my tv had this floating message that moved around it so it made watching a show at night difficult. But o was hardly in the room so no biggie. There seemed to be a lot of work trucks in the parking lot. And workers staying there. But it was quiet and no one was rowdy.
