Hotel stuff are very helpful and kind and that person who find a solution to any problems i recommend it and its in very good area i will always book this hotel

the wifi did not work in the 3rd floor, I had to go to reception every afternoon and sit there for hours, while making calls and working. staff were smelly, noisy and te recetionist yelled at me ( maybe felt right to him cause i was a woman) wen I manifested my intentention of sitting in another spot (nobody was there). he yeled that no. without reason why. I wasked to be moved to another room with wifi he simply said no, not verified avaibalility even. it was traumatic. staff has no idea of english. the first impression when you enter the reception is a cave. it is dark, noisy (pop music from the tv like in a night club) men everywhre, and the bad attitude from the receptionist, perhaps he has mental issues but it does not excuse him from his behaviour (the skinny one). defenitely not recommed the place at all. beackfas consist in: boiled eggs, olives, tomatoe, cucumber, tons of bread, same every day.

Buzdolabı boş ve içinde su dahi yoktu. Büyük eksiklik. Balkonsuz oda hiç çekilmiyor.

tek sorun araç park yerinin olmaması.

Tam anlamıyla rezalet- Duş -tuvaletler kullanılır durumda değil dökülüyor. Gece 2 ye kadar alt kat yan binadaki pavyondan iğrenç sesli insanların söylediği şeylere maruz kalınıyor. Cam kapanmıyor. Kebap kokuları o saatte bile içeri doluyor. Asla aile oteli değil. Sabaha karşı da kavga sesleri geliyor. Sürekli gezdiğimiz için her türlü otelde konakladık fakat böyle bir rezilliğe ilk defa tanık olduk
