离筑地地铁站很近，35平三个人住空间还算充足，有微波炉冰箱等，楼下转个弯就是711，每晚回来之前买个小便当小零食回来用微波炉热一热很方便，价格也不算太贵，适合咱们大学生来旅游的！非常推荐！
Looked spacious and clean on photo.
Each floor has only one room giving you a Ginza apartment feel.
Room was under maintained. Air-condition outlet had dust covering it. Area around bottom of washing machine was not cleaned. Bathroom was mouldy. Sofa leather was cracking. Bed mattress felt like a futon.
No confidence to use their toiletries. I brought my own.
Far from station. Not convenient if you are bringing big luggage.

The check in time can be earlier, and also a space to put shoes
Superb bathroom and location was perfect the tv was excellent and we used our Netflix to watch English films etc.
we were allowed to check in earlier than schedule which was very kind.
Fridge didn’t work, the coffee table and large swivel chair were a waste of space. The kitchen crockery and utensils was poor only one bowl no plates just side plates. We reported the issue with the fridge but the reply said it still ,worked but was old. Our milk only lasted 2 days before going off and we took cereal and teabags to have every morning. I couldn’t get the cooker rings to work and there were no English instructions. Also there were no English instructions for the washing machine. We were given a ground floor room so we had to keep the curtains closed as people passing could see in. Some walls were depressing as just concrete finish.
Close to Metro Station, parks & shops. It is very quiet & friendly neighbor.

Complete facilities for families to travel. Washing machine, kitchen, TV. The location was perfect too! Fairly close to the station, and lots of convenience store and vending machines.

-cooking facilities and basic kitchen are great but no detergent supplied
-the washing machine is handy but the drying function doesn’t really work.
-there are always water on the floor near the drainage in shower room
-leaving luggage after check out feels a bit insecure - leave it at the unmanned lobby counter with surveillance cameras
호텔은 거의 무인호텔식으로 운영됩니다만 필요한 모든 물품이 구비되어 있고 호스트와는 수시로 연락이 무리없이 잘 되서 별 불편없었습니다. 깔끔하고요 특히 욕조가 있고 샤워실이 넓어서 좋았습니다. 다만 주변동네가 긴자구역이라 렌트카를 가져왔는데 엄청난 주차비에 시달린거 빼고는... 다 좋았습니다. ^^
