It was a very clean and new hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
They were cleaning carpets at the hotel that day, I read a sign that said so. No one personally informed me. When I arrived to my room they had just cleaned it so my carpet was damp the whole evening. Also the direct tv kept glitching all night. I should have requested a different room but I didn’t feel like moving all my stuff again. I didn’t let this take much from my review score but it was still and inconvenience, especially damp carpet.

Pet owners that dont pick up after their dogs poop, the hallways there is poop trail.
Security around the building.
Roachlooking bug in the hall. A family member had to change rooms as a result of finding a cockroach in their room. Room had not been deep cleaned in a while. Small things were dirty from buildup.

They had a pool which was cool .
There were roaches in the shower the room number was 209 the A/C doesn’t work , me and my kids were sweating … not only that the bitch up front is rude they charged $30 for a rag because they said there was a “stain “ on it wtf ? Claimed that they have to throw it away now … they don’t keep the rooms that clean to charge $30 for a little “stain” from baby food . This hotel is horrible . Andddd they have breakfast but they put it up before the time even if your trying to eat they will still go in front of you and grab it and put it up … so if you want breakfast you have to get up when it starts … good luck .

Great stay. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Instructions were very clear and concise. No confusion. Very clean and well kept hotel. Place was stocked with lots of towels and all amenities needed to make the stay comfortable. A lot of fast food, alcohol, grocery stores, gas stations/convenient stores within 5 mins drive. 25 min drive from Houston Airport depending on traffic. 15-20 min drive to downtown Houston. Breakfast offered. Gym was nice and clean. Gated parking made feel safe parking. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!~
Not much I didn't like. Everything was smooth. Fast check-in and check-out. Complimentary breakfast was welcomed. Gym was nice and clean. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very quiet area. Felt safe with gated parking. Convenient stores, fast food, and grocery stores 5 mins drive. Great location and great stay.
