Friendly helpful staff, comfortable and clean room, great location and reasonably priced. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

立地最高、便利なホテル
Pros:

ピカデリーサーカスの駅から近く、コヴェントガーデンやトラファルガー広場や劇場など徒歩で行けるので立地が最高でした。
中心部のホテルにしては広めでトランク3つ広げられるサイズでした。
ホテルスタッフも24時間レセプションにいるので安心です。

Cons:

お風呂の排水が悪く外に溢れそうになりました。
中心部なので土曜日の夜は外がかなり遅くまでうるさかったです。

double charging rooms and not paying back the error
Cons:

it is now exactly 1 month that I am waiting for a refund of the nights which was charged twice. The Hotel does not respond on my request anymore. This is not a behaviour of a 4-star-hotel. I would have stayed there for another 6 nights this month, but never ever I will stay in a Thistle Hotel anymore.

주니어스위트룸이었는데, 커넥팅 룸을 받았고 (1st floor) 창문을 열면 공사 뷰였네요ㅠ

Pros:

Excellent location Piccadilly Circus, very comfortable and spacious room for 1 to 2 persons. Very good breakfast. Polite, friendly and helpful staff.
