Hôtel idéal pour un séjour au cœur de Londres
Pros:

Emplacement au centre,très bien desservi.
Personnel accueillant ,souriant et serviable.
Chambre grande,propre et confortable.
Petit déjeuner avec du choix variés.
2 fois dans cet hôtel avec mes enfants ,nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Windows could not open due to top floor level and the safety concerns but this meant the room has a very musty smell.

There is a bad smell in the bathrooms, it feels as though the returns have not been properly installed to prevent bad fumes from coming back into the space.

Pros:

The was a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room looked out over the main square and it was lively. But the bedroom was super quiet. We never heard any outside noise while we slept.

Cons:

Two things: they don’t have bar soap or individual shampoo and conditioner. So they just have body wash and a 2-1 shampoo.
Also- they offer a voucher for £7 to use at the coffee shop next door if you forgo the daily cleaning. I missed that sign at check in. My fault — but hopefully someone else gets to use it.

Apart from the bathroom we had a fabulous night in London, comfortable bed.
Pros:

The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Cons:

There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom and the windows didn’t open.

Cons:

Had to move rooms due to awful smell in the bathroom. Room moved to was smaller no storage space to put anything and no vanity mirror. Previous room had both drawers and mirror over desk
