Please locate and return my clothes
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the house keeping was of a high standard

Cons:

I don't really write too many comments on my bookings but this place was awful. This stay was not worth £3000, right form the start things went wrong. We booked an airport transfer with the hotel from Heathrow thinking it would be a comfortable people carrier after a 14 hour flight from Singapore, a black cab on a meter showed up and we had reached £50 before even getting on the motorway. On arrival we were given a superior room on the 7th floor, room 701, where the AC faced an wall (not more than 50cm gap), you can imagine it was the attic with no full volume height and no air circulation in this heat wave. You couldn't even fit a large suitcase or a human around the the sofa bed to get to the main bed or bathroom. Complete safety and fire risk. Managed to get moved to the 5th floor which was more comfortable but still tiny. No breakfast was included for this amount of money. I put one small bag of laundry (same day service) in and 3 days later when we had to leave it was never returned. Ive since messaged through booking.com and they have not replied in 24 hours this is 5 days since the laundry was put in. The shower was so small you could barely turn around and leaked all over the floor because of poor drainage, the flush was impossible to flush and required to get down on both knees and use both thumbs to even get it to press in. We cut our stay short as my child was sick and not getting better, there was no room service and all local food delivery was fast food. I had a bad experience with an air BNB in the south of France so was prepared to pay more to to have the support of a concierge, back up room service, AC, walking distance to all London sights (thinking it would be safer than a lot of time spent on the tube or uber's) as I'm travelling alone with 2 children. But apart from the location this stay fell short on every other level to the point we flew back to singapore after 5 nights.

A Major disappointment

Some of the staff were very nice

Cons:

non stop hiccups No air conditioning in our room had to move to another hotel very small room for the night. finally move to our original room . Old and needed fixing up. rug was disgusting. two elevators, one never worked. fire alarm at 7am I had to go down 6 floors and back up twice, My wife couldn't do it. we are old. Had to tell them 3 time to clean our room in 6 days. The security door many times didn't work. A major disappointment.

I will never ever stay in this hotel again.
Pros:

The hotel was overbooked, we could not check in Piccadilly hotel cause they oversold their rooms. They attempted to transfer us to another hotel with room having no aircon. The staff was incredibly slow, service standard is incredibly low. Horrendous experience. Never again.

Everything is not right about this hotel group

Great place to stay.
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is in such a great location, close to many subway stations, close to China town, close to great shopping and close to the theartre district. A special mention to Khadijah at reception who went out of her way to help us locate some lost property. Aircon is fabulous in hot weather.

Cons:

We have never done breakfast as we feel that it is very expensive and in a dungeon so we always get breakfast outside.

Konumu mükemmel. Leicester square’in kalbinde. Pek çok yere yürüme mesafesinde. Yataklar rahat. Temizlik iyi. Kahvaltısı klasik ingiliz kahvaltısı. Çok zengin değil ama yeterli. Kahvaltıdaki bayan Medina çok yardımcı ve çok güleryüzlü.

Junior suit rezervasyonu yapmıştım. Resimde 3. Yatak çift kişilik yataktan paravanla ayrılıyordu ama resimdeki gibi çıkmadı, bir odada bir çift kişilik yatak ve bir açılmış kanepe yatak vardı, paravan ya da bölme yoktu. Odanın camları, iç taraftan açılmayan büyük camla kaplandığı için açılmıyor, oda hiçbir şekilde havalanmıyor. İlk girişte aşırı oda parfümü sıkılmıştı, camlar açılmadığı için o kokuyla uyumak zorunda kaldık.

Cons:

Told we had an upgrade on arrival. Told aircon didn’t work. (Heatwave) but there was fans. That was ok, but found there were no windows to let in any breeze or air. Then billed for the upgrade we were ‘given’. Fridge didn’t work. Continually asked for that to be fixed. No cold water.
Charged over $200 in ‘conversion’ fees Still fighting that.

Cons:

Shower, as the cubicle is a bit small.
Can be a tad claustrophobic, even with the glass partition, and the Shower controls are a bit fidgety.

Ideally located, comfortable and very clean.
Pros:

Central location in Leicester Square. Room was large by London standards and air conditioned which was a godsend in the heatwave that England was experiencing. Very comfortable and plenty of natural light. Very secure building and elevator to all rooms. Highly recommend.
