Perfectly located for everything in central London
Pros:

Perfect location - our room faced out in Leicester Square - but despite that, the was incredibly quiet thanks to the secondary glazing to the windows.
Super comfy enormous bed, and everything was spotlessly clean.
There's even an offer that if you skip housekeeping (and let's face it, you don't change your bed or towels every day at home so why do it when in a hotel...) you get a voucher for money off next door in Costa - win, win!

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi, restoran kısmında çalışan isminin Medina Uda olduğunu öğrendiğim çalışan bayanın göstermiş olduğu güleryüz ve olağanüstü ilgiden çok memnun kaldım.

Cons:

Otel girişindeki çevre temizliği ve otele giriş zorluğu, girişte eğer sen gülersen gülebilen ve sürekli telefonda yada birbirleri ile sohbette olan karşılama elemanlarının ilgisizliği, asansör kapısının çok gürültülü ve ürküterek açılıp kapanması, katlara çıkılan giriş kapıların ve oda kapılarının çok ağır ve zor açılabilir olması, odalardaki pencerelerin cezaevi hücre penceresi gibi extra güvenlikle kapalı olması ve havalandırılamaması,

Great location, the staff on the first day was nice

Cons:

The staff on the first day offered us an upgrade and late check out but then on the check out day, the staff called and was rude over the phone and we were asked to leave the room since they could not find anything that said we were given a late check out.
