excellent location, nice staff, but tiny reception and tiny recepetion, no bar

Enjoyable, friendly (mainly Usa and Medina) and a great central location
Pros:

Location. Quiet room, nice view.
Mainly, restaurant staff Medina and Uda.
We didn’t have breakfast every day, but when we did, they recognised us, and were really friendly, efficient and helpful. They are a real asset to the hotel and stood out as memorable staff we encountered during our week’s stay at Thistle, Piccadilly.

Cons:

Not knowing what times rooms were cleaned. I prefer to have an after lunch siesta. Difficult when room cleaning could turn up any time.

Wonderful short-stay in Piccadilly prime location!
Pros:

Location is superior. Pricing is good comparing to others around the similar area for a 3-person suite. The buffet breakfast is great! The staff is caring as well.

Cons:

Nothing really, but if there is improvement, the phone jack socket was detached but we didn't need to call for anything. If there is one thing for a 4-star is adding a little bottle of hand cream in the bathroom would be great!

La habitación muy cómoda, cama espectacular, espacio grandes, buena ducha. Buen desayuno
Muy amables las chicas del desayuno Medina y Uda. El desayuno perfecto, variado y completo.

Amazing thank you so much
Pros:

The hotel was superb location. The staff are a credit to the hotel.
Elizabeth the receptionist was amazing and attentive, I fell ill and she really helped me.
Medina in the restaurant was amazing and took care of us at breakfast.

Cons:

The room could be a bit cleaner
