O hotel optou por cobrar uma noite não usufruída, quando podia facilmente ter ajustado a reserva.

A minha avaliação negativa deve-se ao facto de ter sido obrigado a pagar uma noite que não utilizei, apesar de o hotel ter disponibilidade e possibilidade real de ajustar a reserva sem qualquer prejuízo para si.

Tinha uma reserva de duas noites (5 a 7 de dezembro) e solicitei com antecedência a alteração apenas da primeira noite (5–6) para 1–2 de dezembro, mantendo a segunda noite exatamente igual. O hotel tinha quartos disponíveis na data pretendida, pelo que a alteração era totalmente neutra para o estabelecimento. Ainda assim, limitaram-se a recusar qualquer apoio e a remeter mecanicamente para a plataforma, sem qualquer tentativa de solução.

O resultado foi simples e injusto: paguei uma noite que não usufruí, não por opção minha, mas por falta de flexibilidade e vontade do hotel em ajustar algo perfeitamente possível.

Quando cheguei a La Paz na madrugada do dia 6 (cerca das 6:00), apenas para tentar aproveitar o pequeno-almoço, encontrei novamente resistência. Apesar de a reserva estar confirmada e de o hotel ter os dados do meu cartão de crédito, recusaram inicialmente a entrada por eu pretender pagar em dinheiro, alegando que a casa de câmbio só abria às 9:00. Após alguma insistência, acabaram por permitir o acesso ao quarto até ser feito o pagamento mais tarde.

Em resumo, uma experiência marcada por rigidez excessiva, fraca comunicação e total ausência de orientação ao cliente, que resultou num custo pago sem qualquer benefício.

Felt like home!
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, solid Wi-Fi, and a great location. Everything was easy and welcoming from the moment I arrived - it felt like home.

Good location but lacks service
Pros:

The location was good and the room was nice and clean.

Cons:

They won’t even place a water bottle in the room which I find a little bit disrespectful considering the price of the night. The breakfast was also very basic and limted options.
