The hotel is in a fabulous area, within walking distance to fabulous shopping and many main attractions (Seine, Louvre, D’Orsay, etc.). The staff was very accommodating. We realized we left our phone in the room after we left for the airport. I called the hotel when we were on our way back to ask them to have a key ready for us but when we arrived back at the hotel, the attendant was waiting for us with the phone.
We reserved a “superior” room. We understand the differences in European vs US hotels but this room was considerably smaller than others we have stayed in without any storage space besides the closets. Therefore, we lived out of our suitcases for the entire stay. I asked about a larger room and was told that it would be an additional 100 EU per night. Breakfast was very nice but unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy it on two mornings because of scheduling conflicts.
Great location, nice hotel. Interiors could be a little refreshed, but overall great place and value.

Great location. You can walk to most of the attractions in Paris. There are also many restaurants and cafes surrounding this hotel. Air conditioner was working really well, especially in the summer heat of 35deg.
The breakfast in the hotel is priced at €48/per person. There are many better options in this area, so I would advise you to explore the area.
The gym was tiny with a half broken machine, so we had to improvise.

Our family of 4 (2 kids, 2 adults) had an amazing stay at Hotel Castille Paris. We stayed in a beautiful, large suite. We checked into the hotel with champagne in hand. The location was perfect for touring in Paris. Before bed our kids played chess in the lobby while we listened to a piano player and enjoyed french wine from the cute hotel bar. In the morning our kids were blown away with the breakfast buffet (including a chocolate tower!) which we ate in the Parisian feeling courtyard. The staff including Aaron at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. We received upgrades, treats in our room, and overall really felt taken care of in every way. We will be back!
La ubicación del Hotel es muy buena, a pocos minutos de la Place Vendôme.
La habitaciones están bien renovadas, el Hall está muy bien decorado y el personal de recepción y del desayuno muy profesionsl y atento. Censmos ina noche en el restaurante y todo muy bueno.
Creo que la mayoría de suites, muy bonitas tienen escaleras interiores y en nuestro caso, como habia bebés, era un poco incómodo por su seguridad.
Por otra parte, nos bloquearon tres importes desde el inicio de la estancia, igual a toda la estancia de las tres habitaciones , y nuestra entidad bancaria ha tardado tres semanas en desbloquear los importes de la tarjeta, habiendo ya pagado las habitaciones al dejar el Hotel.

Location & extra details like welcoming surprise for our anniversary, daily sweet treats, etc. Very friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable & sunlit room on the 6th floor.
Close to most sights. Clean property, very good breakfast. Staff were exceptional.
Our bed and bedroom were on the smaller size. Closet was very small with little other storage available.
