Het hotel is rustig gelegen. Van binnen is het prachtig en de kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien en de bedden zijn uitstekend. De medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Cons:

I felt like they nickel and dimed us. I asked for an early check in and they said they can accommodate us for 2 of the rooms but not the 3rd one. They said I would have to pay $25 for each room for a total of $50. I said ok and I wasn’t sure what time I’d arrive. When we arrived they said all three rooms were available so they let us in early for the $50. When i checked the policy sign, our arrival time stated that it would be $15/room early check-in cost at that time and not $25. When I pointed that out he said that I’m correct but he had to stick around to let us in so that’s why he’s charging us at the $25 early rate. It was a difference of $5 but it was the principle.

I also didn’t like the fact that he had to go over the rules, how to turn the alarm off and on and that the AC had to be shut off if we left the room for over an hour. This just made me wonder how safe the area is. There were cameras all over the outdoors.

They were also doing construction in the apartment above us so it was nosy at times.

A lovely stay just a short walk from Willemstad.
Pros:

Everything was clean and the AC worked great. The property is walking distance to the city but still in a calm and safe area. Breakfast was the same but different every day and our host was exceptionally friendly and nice, we loved his dogs. While booking you get a pool pass at a nearby hotel that has a pool and a bar and we went once and liked it very much :) the private parking was also a bonus. The bed was very big and comfy.
