Nejlepší ubytování na Curacau
Pros:

Hostitel je naprosto skvělý a velmi pečující. Se vším nám ochotně poradil a pomohl. Ubytování bylo pohodlné a mělo plně vybavenou kuchyň. Velmi jsme ocenili soukromé parkovaní. Snídaně byly super.

A charming villa turns into a cozy boutique hotel!
Pros:

Excellent service from the staff. Roger, the owner himself, took time to talk with us and we shared good stories about trips and hospitality.
Good location, nice breakfast., impecable cleaning.

Cons:

My room was upstairs very close to the stairs and those stairs are not safe, personal opinion. Besides that, I will stay at Villa Amalie again in another nice room downstairs.

Schöner Aufenhalt.
Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft. Unser Apartement war in einem anderen Gebäude, das war uns aber bewusst und nicht schlimm. Gutes Frühstück. Gute Lage zu La Punda Viertel und auch Rest der Stadt.

Quaint and cosy
Pros:

The staff is really nice and helpful. The accommodation is clean and charming. Love that my husband and I each had our own duvet, so no tugging on the duvet at night. Towels for the beach and pool. Even though there is no pool on the premises, they gave you day passes for a location near by. You are downtown and in walking distance of the historic city center. Animal friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was set, not choosing your own, worse though was that it was just for an hour, no sleeping in on your holiday. The rooms unfortunately were very noise sensitive, sound travelled. The stairs to the room are awkward, especially if you have balance or orientation issues. But there wasn’t much to dislike.

Misleading Photos & Zero Flexibility

Very disappointing experience.

I made a last-minute booking, but before checking in I decided to pass by the property to see it in person. What I saw did not match the expectations created by the photos and online presentation at all. The overall appearance felt significantly below what is suggested, and honestly more like a basic hostel than a properly rated hotel.

Based on this, I chose not to proceed with the stay and cancelled the same day. I did not check in and did not use any services.

Despite this, the property refused any form of refund or even partial compensation, strictly hiding behind their policy without showing any flexibility or customer understanding.

I understand policies exist, but when expectations versus reality clearly do not align, a reasonable solution should be offered. Keeping the full amount in this situation feels unfair and very customer-unfriendly.

I would strongly advise future guests to carefully manage their expectations before booking.

De tudo. Roger, o gerente, faz toda a diferença, nos recebeu com toda atenção. Muito gentil, prestatativo, dando dicas preciosas sobre Curaçao! Ele é diferenciado mesmo!!
A casa é linda, antiga, mas muito bem cuidada. Quarto amplo, minicozinha bem útil. Chuveiro ótimo, decoração do quarto bonita Tb. Toalhas ótimas para banho e para praia.
Café da manhã é simples mas bem feito e gostoso. Nós nos sentimos em casa. Tem uma máquina de café, chá e água gelada o dia todo, sem custo. Ainda temos a cia das cadelinhas lindas Daisy e Irene! Fofas e educadas! :)
O jardim é lindo Tb!
O ponto é bom, a área em si não tem comércio nem restaurante, mas em 5 a 10 min se chega ao centro de Punda, onde se concentram a vida noturna e as lojas.
A possibilidade de usar a piscina do Saint Tropez Club é outro plus, pois o lugar é lindo e super chique!
Amamos tudo! Voltaria com certeza!!

Cons:

Só o colchão poderia ser um pouco menos mole e a iluminação do quarto poderia ser um pouco mais forte, mas nada que abale a excelência do lugar!

La ubicación, la comodidad de la suite, la atención del personal, y sobre todo que estén Irene y Deysi en el desayuno ♥️

Cons:

Las sábanas y almohadas, Un tanto incómodas eran Duras y sin suavidad pero es personal la apreciación. Y el desayuno no se puede elegir. Es un menú fijo, rico pero sin variedad.

Gran Hotel, Muy Bella Villa

Un hotel con gran personal, siempre dispuestos ayudar, el desayuno es suficiente, esta bueno, no es algo super gourmet pero cumple y esta bien y en la ubicación todo bien, te atiende directamente el duro o el gerente y están siempre disponibles para lo que necesites. te prestan nevera para playa y te informan lo que necesites de curazao.

Cons:

No encontré mucho que no me gustara, incluso el no tener piscina no afecta, ya que te dan pases para la piscina infinita de otro hotel que use y es grandiosa, todo super, lo que no te mas es los huéspedes, muchas veces llegan con actitud de estúpidas, son personas que te tratan remal incluso a los que atienden en el hotel, eso si me disgusto y los trabajadores del hotel, supero, la menajaban super bien, si lees esto ny crees que por tener dinero puedes tratar a los demás como quieras, eres un idiota imbécil y una cosa con ojos.

Hotel familial atypique
Pros:

Accueil familial bienveillant, ambiance sympathique, accès à la cuisine pour manger sur place, eau en permanence, accès au beach club, clim

Cons:

Chambre petite, sans armoire pour y mettre les affaires. La rue n'est pas des plus sécurisante, même si nous n'avons eu aucun problème.
