次回はと言われると厳しいですね。
Pros:

チェックイン、駐車場等の案内が丁寧でした。

Cons:

室内の姿見鏡にアイテープ(女性用)が張り付いていました、前回の宿泊客かと思われます清掃を見直すべきです。
室内エアコンからの風が洗濯ももも生乾き臭が酷かった。

Trusted hotel chain at a good location
Pros:

The deluxe twin room was pretty good and had good amount of space (somewhat equivalent to standard western rooms). The location is really good near the JR station and has good accessibility to many restaurants (or just convenience store) for evening snack.

I like the fact that the check-in/check-out process can be done by the automated machines and they are easy to use too. Also they have amenities such as coffee in the lobby and you can take what you need which is pretty awesome and reduces environmental waste :)

Can't really complain about anything. Good value for money in my opinion.

Mostly recommended for how close it is to Sannomiya Station in downtown Kobe.
Pros:

The bed was ok with decent pillows and the room had everything you need - refrigerator, TV, decent bathroom, etc. Optional cleaning vs just new towels was a nice touch. Air con worked well.

Cons:

The room was very small, even by Japanese standards. I paid for the breakfast the first morning of my stay but couldn't attend, so I wanted to use it the next day instead, but was not allowed.

Very convenient stay, will definitely book again if i do return.
Pros:

I location is very close to like everything. The restaurants are very near. Daiso and Aeon grocery is also very near. Convenience store? 7eleven is the closest but other conbinis are also very close by. For entertainment, Round1 is just a block away. We liked how convenient its location was.
The complimentary night wear also was a big help as space saver so we don't need to bring extra night wear/PJs.

Cons:

The TV does not have apps like Netflix or Youtube. I think it is good to have those if we just wanted to chill in our rooms.
Also for the coin laundry, it would be helpful if there is a coin changer since only 2 machine have cashless options.
