清潔感
Pros:

清潔感があり、スタッフの対応も良かった。
ベッドの下に物が落ちて、手を伸ばして取ったが、ホコリがつかなかった。

Pros:

過去に、横浜の同じフレッサインを利用させて頂いていて、
何となく雰囲気も知っていたので、普通に良かったです。
今回は台風の影響で帰れないだろうと予想し、事前に宿泊した状況だったので
普通に過ごせて良かったです。

Cons:

特に無いですが、何となく外国人用？の香水っぽい匂いが時々して
個人的に少し鼻につきました(苦笑)
※私は香水もハンドクリームも何もつけていませんでした。

Everything is good except the breakfast experience.
Pros:

Location is good. Staff at the check-in counter were helpful and cheerful.

Cons:

The breakfast. Limited choices, repeated dishes for 3 days when I stayed there. One of the staff at the dish counter was unfriendly throughout my 3 days stay.

Pros:

三ノ宮駅から近く、分かりやすい道で良かった。アメニティなども充実していた。
部屋も清潔だった。

Cons:

1人での宿泊だったが、かなり部屋は狭かった。クローゼットがないので、服を掛けられる枚数が限られた。ドア横の電気は消せないので、寝る時にアイマスクが必要になった。

まずまず良い。
Pros:

場所がよかった。総じて綺麗。

Cons:

部屋の空気清浄機が清掃されておらず、フィルターを清掃してくださいと表示が出ていた。朝起きたら鼻水やくしゃみが出るようになった。

Good location close to shops dining and transport

Cons:

Sannomiya is like a maze with many exits, underground passages, subways etc. Can be very confusing.

充分な設備・部屋を格安で。　値段を考えると短期滞在には十分。
Pros:

駅から近い。魅力的な価格。その２つを考えると、部屋の質は十分満足。

Cons:

もう少し大きい机があったら仕事につかえてよかった。ハンガーがすくなく、服をかける場所が不十分。引き出しなどが不十分で、長期滞在には向かない。こちらは一泊だったので荷ほどきもせずに出発。よって問題なし。
