Pros:

位置很方便，房間很小但應有盡有，也蠻安靜的，晚上可以好好的休息的地方

Cons:

房間偏小 雖然是一個人但訂了雙人房覺得空間上比較適宜 (勉強可以打開一個28吋的行李箱) 但整體來說已經足夠讓每天晚上好好的休息了

おすすめのホテルです！
Pros:

3泊しました。広めのお部屋に連泊希望でしたが空いておらず1泊目は狭いお部屋、2.3泊は少し広いお部屋に宿泊。チェックイン時、フロントの方にお部屋の移動の際は荷物をまとめロビーに降りチェックアウトとその後にインして部屋移動と言われました。2泊目の朝、フロントへ電話、男性が対応、直に部屋移動になり助かりました。フロント年配女性の方は感じが良く優しく良い思い出になりました。アメニティーなど充実。立地良く快適でしたので次の予約も取りました。各国多くのホテルに宿泊していますがほぼ満点です。

Cons:

若いフロント女性は不機嫌。お掃除の外国人の方は挨拶をしても返答なく3泊終始不機嫌。狭いお部屋はスーツケースを開ける場所がありませんで短期の荷物が少な時の利用におすすめ。1泊目お部屋はホコリぽくクシャミが出て止まりませんでした。また残念な事に2日目入室した際は枕に髪の毛が付いていました。

Perfect for our brief stopover. Highly recommended clean new hotel, great value, perfect location.
Pros:

Clean, new, friendly helpful staff. Could check in early for a 1000yen fee per hour.

Cons:

The queen bed room had hardly any room to get around the bed, the twin share was fine.

Pros:

とにかく三ノ宮駅、高速バスターミナルに近い

Cons:

2泊しましたが、2日目にタイミングが悪かったのか、アメニティが不足してました。初日パジャマのパンツのゴムが凄くキツイのありました。翌日は大丈夫でした。

安くてアクセス抜群でキレイ！
Pros:

◯三ノ宮駅から近く、ミント神戸(バスターミナル)にも近いので、観光地へのアクセス抜群でした！
隣にセブンイレブンがあるのもありがたかったです。
◯カードキーをタッチしないとエレベーターの階数が押せないのは、安心感がありました。
◯洗濯機の稼働状況がテレビで見れたので、無駄足にならずに済むのが良かったです。
◯未就学児を連れていましたが、子ども用のスリッパと歯ブラシを手渡ししてくださったり、笑顔で接してくださるのが良かったです。
◯ビジネスホテルあるある「乾燥」をあまり感じませんでした。

Cons:

●お風呂の排水口が黒ずんでいるのが気になりました。
●洗濯機が5台ありましたが、電子マネーが使える洗濯機が２台しかなく、現金払いの3台は100円玉で500円や600円入れないといけないのが不便でした。
●ランドリールームに両替機がほしかったです。自販機はあったので、1000円札を持っているときは飲み物を2本買わないと100円玉が作れなくて不便でした。
