Durchwachsen
Pros:

Da wir auf der Durchreise waren, war die Lage von Vorteil. Aber das war es dann leider auch.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte einige schmützige Ecken, die Dusche hätte auch mal eine Reinigung gebrauchen können und der Geruch im Zimmer ließ vermuten dass gerade zuvor jemand auf der Toilette war. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Insgesamt kein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Die Beschreibung und Fotos auf Booking.com ließen mehr erwarten.

Lage war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Badezimmer teilweise ungepflegt/verschmutzt. Handtücher teilweise kaputt. Preis-Leistung passt überhaupt nicht.

Wie gesagt - wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage in der Innenstadt von Walsrode. Das Frühstück ist umfänglich und reichhaltig. Wir haben uns, wie bei früheren Aufenthalten, wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder. Das Internet ist leistungsstark.

Cons:

Das Schaltersystem der Zimmerbeleuchtung ist so hochmodern, dass man eigentlich einen Lehrgang braucht, es sachgerecht zu bedienen

Es ist eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung. Der Mitarbeiter am Check in Telefon im Eingangsbereich war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Der Check in per Telefon im Eingangsbereich ist sehr unpersönlich. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist einfach, laienhaft ausgewählt und teilweise abgenutzt.
Besonders missfallen haben mir mehrere Aufforderungen zum Online Check in mit Datenabfrage per Email. Kurze Zeit nach dem Check In kamen weitere Emails mit Datenabfrage, die wir vorsichtshalber nicht nutzten! Das habe ich von anderen Hotels und von Booking so noch nicht erfahren!

Die Großzügigkeit des Zimmers sowie die Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank und Küchenzeile.

Cons:

Leider hatte die Bar noch geschlossen, sodass man abends dort nicht sitzen konnte.

Zunächst das gebuchte Zimmer- leider funktionierte die Heizung nicht - wir hatten unsere Winterjacken an und wir sind in ein nicht so komfortables Zimmer mit funktionierenter Heizung umgezogen.

Die nicht funktionierte Heizung. Das Ersatzzimmer war nicht so komfortabel.
