Mövenpick Hotel Zuerich-Airport

Convenient location near to airport and super market , as Zurich is not much bigger city you can reach where ever you want in 15-20 minutes , rooms are ok n clean , reception is good , breakfast is good , nothing to complain , I stayed there with group of 50 people , not received any complain .

A nice hotel located near the airport. Enjoy the shuttle bus to airpot. The i stayed at 7th floor the room was old need upgrate & tired.
Staff very helpful, i arrived almost midnight. I havent had ny dinner, the staff complemantry spare a cake for me. I appreciated the kindness of the receptionists

I stayed here for four consecutive nights in September. As a Hilton Diamond member, I usually stay at the nearby Hilton Zurich Airport during my three annual visits, but it was fully booked on this occasion.
The hotel's principal advantage is its location. A tram stop is within a few minutes' walk, providing convenient access to the city centre—a significant advantage over the Hilton.
The facilities show their age, much like the Hilton, though the rooms here are in somewhat better condition than Hilton's rather tired accommodations.

The hotel's operations, however, leave much to be desired. On one of my four nights, housekeeping failed to service my room. When I called to request service that afternoon, the room was never cleaned, and fresh towels were never provided.

Similarly, when I reported a broken closet door that would not move, the issue remained unaddressed until my checkout.

At checkout, I requested that an invoice be sent by email, but it never arrived. A subsequent request through all.accor.com was equally unsuccessful despite of reminders.

We ordered room dining during our stay. We had slow-cooked lamb, and the side dish was forgotten, so we only got an ice cream scoop size of lamb for €44. On the kid’s menu, it’s written as Caesar salad with chicken, but there was no chicken in fact - very misleading.

Breakfast was €32 per person, the most expensive breakfast I’ve had in a hotel. There was nothing justified the price.

We were very disappointed with the meals. Otherwise, the service was decent.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mövenpick Hotel Zürich Airport. I was especially impressed with the generous room upgrade, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The free welcome drink was a nice touch and set a positive tone right from arrival. The complimentary airport shuttle was also extremely convenient and ran smoothly, making transfers to and from the airport completely hassle-free.
A special thank you to Yasmin and Eugene at the reception — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, and really made me feel valued as a guest. Their warm attitude stood out and made a big difference.
Overall, a great experience and an excellent choice for anyone staying near Zurich Airport. I would happily stay here again.

Good hotel, a lot of Indians stay here, rooms are a bit old fashioned and run down, but justifies the price, check in checkout staff is untrained and dont know about much things.

The most filthy and dirty hotel I have ever booked a room at in my life! I booked because I came to a job fair that was held in this hotel, but I DO NOT advise anyone to make the mistake of staying in this hotel!
The duvet covers were dirty and I turned on the light to see how filthy and filthy they could be!!!!
It was miserable!!. And when I say miserable please see the attached pictures!, the bathroom was filthy and the sanitary ware very old and dirty (see the pictures) the air conditioning vent was covered in dust and I think mold bacteria had already grown there (also see the pictures), the heat did not work... so something horror! This hotel should not be operating! It is unacceptable to let a hotel operate like this. I will also send the pictures to the health department in Zurich, and I am sure that measures should be taken to close this hotel!!! It is miserable!!!
If I could give a minus grade I would, unfortunately I can't give a grade lower than 1 because the grades are from 1 to 5, but if I could I would give a minus 5.

CLOSE TO airport .they have shuttles to airport . big rooms but rooms need refurbishing . friendly staff . the breakfast was good .

Room had weird smell and there were no air conditioning controls in room. Room was very heated and staff provided me with table fan to keep it cool.

The staff was very courteous; the room had a problem in that the a/c was off. A fan was provided. The TV didn't work but did become somewhat functional after an employee came to check on it. But I could not turn it on or off. The lamp on the desk/working area did not turn off. I had to unplug it. It did not turn on and off with the main room lights. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, well appointed, and the shower was very welcomed after a long day in the Alps and then traveling from Spiez to Zurich by train.

Very nice property and well kept easy to get to. Shuttle service was extremely helpful and efficient.

Location is great. Room lighting is terrible; they need to add more lights. Not enough outlets for adapters. No soap or shampoo in shower

This is the worst Customer service and Hotel in Zurich .
The rooms were dirty upon arrival - Check in is at 15:00 and we arrived at 18:00 and room was not ready. The next day the room was not cleaned and someone did the bed but layed down on it - the bed sheets were re used .
The keys of our rooms didn’t worked so we had to go to the lobby several times .
The staff in the reception was not friendly at all neither Customer centric oriented. In particular in the reception Adelaida and Mahmoud were truly aggressive with us, as if we had the fault of their incompetence.

Clean comfortable room that is showing its age a bit. Bathroom sink faucet handle moved with difficulty. Tub/shower setup was a bit strange but is typical for Switzerland
Le Chalet restaurant was very nice and the menu was diverse and the wild pig entrecote was delicious.
The breakfast buffet was large, delicious, and typically Swiss.

Its very convenient. The rooms are a bit dark, even with all lights on. The coffee maker, while a nice touch did not work. The shower gel was completely empty and the light over the light stand fid not work. I would stdy again, but a bit of routine maintenance may be good.

Airport shuttle was fine, but not available when we arrived. It's a very short walk from the tram station to the hotel. The breakfast was fine but way overpriced.

The rooms were dirty, had a musky smell . The Bathroom Doors need repair. The Elevators were not working . Had to walk up 6 floors. The A/C was not working , had to sleep with the window open hence the noise. Movenpick instead of pending money on marketing should be spending monies on the upkeep of the Hotel

Not an easy walk from train station to hotel. No one picks up when you call reception.
