Det var ikke muligt at spise på trods af, at det fremgik af hjemmesiden og en flyer, vi fik i receptionen, at der var roomservice. Minibaren var ikke fyldt op, og på værelset lå en udfyldt morgenmads bestilling fra en tidligere gæst

L’emplacement, le personnel, un beau bâtiment.

Cons:

Tout blanc, tout moche. Une deco d'hopital. Pas de bouilloire, un frigo qui marche pas. Sur l'arrière, vu très décevante.

Pros:

Die Lage war top. Freundlichkeit am Empfang super! Tolle Empfangshalle. Im Sommer sicher noch einmal beeindruckender mit der Außenanlage.

Cons:

Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Bäder alt. Schlüssel alt. Das Frühstück ordentlich, aber nicht herausragend.

A very beautiful hotel that makes your Montreux journey unforgettable
Pros:

It was really lovely hotel that we want to come back again .Location of the hotel is very good , close to gare that you can reach anywhere by train.Our room had a very great view it was like painting.I highly suggest this hotel

Cons:

Hairdryer wasn’t working because if electric system in the bathroom, but they would help if we accepted .Other thing is there was no kettle to make tea, upon our request reception has given plastic kettle , but its not convenient for health we would prefer steel one that this beatiful
Hotel can provide this .Thanks for everything except this.

La vue sur le lac l’accueil du personnel

Cons:

Restaurant fermé mais pas informé à la réservation. Bar fermé à 18h30. Pas d’accès handicapé. Hôtel du siècle dernier. Mais surtout c’est que vous n’avez aucune information préalablement à votre réservation

Site très agréable, situation parfaite, pièces communes magnifiques.
Pros:

La salle du petit déjeuner est magnifique avec vue sur le lac et le petit déjeuner est top. Le personnel de l’accueil très agréable. Beaucoup de rangements et de porte-manteaux ou porte -serviettes qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

La salle de bain vieillotte avec fuite flexible de douche ainsi qu’une fuite sous les w.c. Et surtout l’oubli de vider la poubelle salle de bain à l’arrivée. Un gros défaut d’insonorisation ds la salle de bain qui communique avec la salle de bain de la chambre à côté.Manque de machine à café ds la chambre.
