Unfriendly and tired
Pros:

Unfriendly staff, miserable breakfast, tired facilities, full of cheap package tours. Shame because it’s a spectacular setting and was clearly once a grand hotel. Now it’s faded, bleak and overpriced. Avoid at all costs.

Unforgettable vacation with unforgettable lake view and unforgettable service experience
Pros:

First of all. The crew!
The Eden Palace crew provided us an unexpected and unforgettable experience of service and hospitality. It made our journey a joyful, comfortable and easy.
All the hotel facilities were in good condition and very clean.
The rooms were comfortable and clean.
I truly recommend the Eden Palace au Lac for an unforgettable vacation.

Cons:

The Gaston restaurant in the hotel was O.K. Not more than that.

Nice in Super Location
Pros:

Fantastic location and views. Super friendly Reception. Belle Epoque atmosphere. Nice De Luxe room with A/C, balcony and lake view. Fine breakfast in the impressive ballroom.
Restaurant uneven; somtimes OK, sometimes below par. Poor service. Very few parking spots.

A beautiful hotel
Pros:

We stayed here for our Silver Wedding Anniversary and it was the perfect place. The staff were very helpful and our lake view room was magnificent. It is also right at the heart of Montreux so very convenient and walkable from the railway station.

The reception people was all very nice and would definitely stay again just not when it’s hot.
Pros:

I booked 3 room and I didn’t realize that not all rooms were air conditioned. So my kids were very hot and the fans are not enough. Cooler are better if air conditioned is not available.

Cons:

street room had a car alarm almost all night and if you were to close the window the fan was not doing the job.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eden Palace au Lac. The hotel has a beautiful location, comfortable rooms, and a charming atmosphere. A special thank you to Diana at the reception and her colleague, unfortunately I don’t know his name. They were incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.

Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations, and we really enjoyed our stay.

النادي والسبا صغير جدا.
موظف الاستقبال اخذ بطاقة الفيزا رهن عنده وهذا الشئ غير لائق.
