Amazing stay, fab location!
Pros:

This hotel is fantastic and an amazing location, perfect spot nearby to go in the lake and lovely lake walkway in front. Would stay again soon!

للأسف كانت تجربة غير مرضية أبداً. مستوى الخدمة ضعيف جداً، والموظفون غير متعاونين بالشكل المطلوب. كما أن التكييف كان سيئاً ولا يعمل بكفاءة، مما جعل الإقامة غير مريحة خصوصاً مع ارتفاع درجة الحرارة. لا أنصح بالفندق، وأتمنى تحسين مستوى الخدمة والصيانة مستقبلاً.

Lake front view. Nice room with balcony and comfy bed. Good evening meal.

Cons:

Air con in room was horrendously noisy. Apparently refurbing so should get better but looked like a new unit. Expensive breakfast if you just wanted coffee and cereal!!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located right on the lakefront in a beautiful and well-maintained building. The room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The bed, pillows, and duvet were all excellent, and we slept very well.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

I booked a room without a lake view. If possible, I would recommend choosing a lake-view room, as the views are beautiful. However, rooms facing the street are also a good option, especially on the higher floors.

Overall, everything was excellent, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside was that the fridge in the room was not available for use. There was a fridge, but for some reason it was switched off and placed away, so we could not use it.

Schöne Lage direkt am See mit freundlichem Personal.

Cons:

Parkplätze sind knapp - man wird auf öffentlichen Parkraum verwiesen. Angemessenes Frühstück in nettem Ambiente, jedoch auch nichts Besonderes. Erwarten Sie keine frischen Omlettes. Gekochte Eier in den Härtegraden „ja“ oder „nein“.

Cennetten bir yer gibiydi.
Pros:

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Biz göl manzaralı oda tercih ettik, beklediğimizden de iyiydi. Oda tertemizdi. Yataklar 1.sınıf, çok rahat ve tertemizdi. Banyo malzemeleri yeterliydi. Oda gayet genişti. Resepsiyondan yeterli bilgilendirmeyi aldık. Avrupa'da hafta sonları marketler kapalı olur ama otelimize çok yakın Migros ve Dener marketler hem hafta sonu hem de dini bayramda açıktı. Otel otoparkı (ücretli) çok sınırlı ama çok yakında Migros'un altında ücretli katlı otopark var. Biraz pahalı ama zaten İsviçre genelde pahalı. Yaz aylarında gidiyorsanız mayonuzu yanınıza almayı unutmayın. Göle girme şansınız var.
