Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See ist top!

Das Zimmer entspricht maximal dem Standard eines 2-Sterne-Hotels und keinesfalls einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Alles ist veraltet, die Tür schliesst nicht richtig, die WC-Brille bleibt nicht oben, die Raumtemperatur ist zu tief und insgesamt wirkt die Ausstattung mangelhaft.

Vieta. Skats. Mums bija pasūtīts numuriņš galvenajā ēkā ar skatu uz ezeru, bet ierodoties mums iedeva uzlabotu, apartamentos, kas atrodas pāri ielai, bet ar daudz labāku skatu manuprāt plus nebija pasūtītas brokastis, bet arī tās iekļāva piedāvājumā. Tāpēc liels paldies viesnīcai par iespēju būt FM 80 gadu jubilejā ar šādu skatu.

Viss patika. Neliela nesaprašanas ar recepcija darbinieci, kas pateica ka nav iekļauts, bet tas sīkums, jo sākotnēji nebija iekļautas brokastis.

Würde aber sicher wieder kommen.

Die Lage ist super. Früstück hatten wir nicht. Eingang und Lobby ist sehr schön. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Im Bad waren die Wasserhäne lose. Der Föhn stieg schnell aus. Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Nur leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vorallem die Zimmer.

Peu beaucoup mieux faire pour un hôtel de ce standing. De la part d’une qualiticienne du Luxembourg.
Pros:

L’architecture, la déco, l’emplacement avec vue incroyable.

Cons:

J’ai commandé un room service, on m’a oublié. Ensuite le pire c’est la qualité du petit déjeuner : jus d’orange chimique, pain rassis, mandarine et une prune. Franchement heureusement qu’il y’avait la vue.
