Pros:

Excellent and very helpful staff Thank you to the ladies at the front desk.

My front view was a little pond where you will hear a chorus of frog ensemble playing their evening symphonies and in the morning beautiful wading birds warming up for the day.

洗面所の水漏れが大変。あとシーツも枕も生乾きの臭いでクサイです（；＿；）。3泊しましたが、清掃は入りませんでした。朝食は素晴らしいです。観光には便利です。フロントの対応は素晴らしいです

Pros:

This property really upset me as there’s just soo much potential. I looked online before I booked and there was one negative review saying the hotel was being refurbished (April 2019 from memory) and I assumed it would be completed. Oh I was wrong. Apart from a lovely looking pool (apart from
The destructed building to one side covered by a net) that was very dirty as the staff didn’t clean it until I asked and the spa that looked amazing (only from the outside) every part of the hotel is still under construction or just badly thought out. There’s no sign posts to the pool or breakfast area. There’s three restaurants all serving the same thing but with staff that confuse the hell out of you and make you think differently before you get there. There’s no staff by the pool where nearly half the guests (2/5 people) are situated, so asking for a towel or drink is rather hard to be polite. The hotel I can only assume has an issue with something and has resulted in putting large pots of dried tea leaves throughout the hotel and in the bedroom which becomes overwhelming very quickly. Before you go ask about the work being done. One of the staff members (who are all polite and it’s obviously not their fault) mentioned this started back in 2016 and they opened again in 2018 but it’s far from finished!! Heed my warning!

Pros:

The pool was murky, the property is unconstruction half done jobs everywhere. Powered on and off, internet intermittent, no hot water twice, nothing on web site abt under construction when booked. Dispute abt breakfast was included even though we had a booking receipt with it on. Would never stay again or recommend.
