Pros:

Decorrente de viajem a negócios, fiquei hospedado inicialmente de segunda a quinta feira (20 a 23 de julho de 2026), estendendo fortuitamente até sexta feira (24 de julho de 2026), neste local bastante prático (possui estacionamento, próximo ao centro e acesso ao principal eixo arterial: Avenida Minas gerais), limpo (limpezas diárias no quarto, com reposição de sabonetes) e bastante cômodo (cama confortável, com tv, frigobar, ar condicionado silencioso e ducha forte e quente) com funcionários sempre sorridentes e prontos a auxiliar. O café da manhã com bastante variedade de pães, frios e frutas, atendeu às minhas expectativas. Mal posso esperar, pela próxima viagem de negócios, na cidade de Apucarana para outra hospedagem no hotel Matrix.

Cons:

uma única crítica, e nem é relacionado diretamente ao hotel, mas sim a hospedes nos apartamentos superiores que arrastavam a cadeira causando barulho.
