Good amenities but housekeeping need professional learning
Pros:

Hotel with good amenities but the odors in rooms are terrible. The staff is good and reliable but the elevator, air blower, the venting, the water pressure are not working. The bathroom is well equipped but the water supply, the towel are not well treated by the housekeeping. I stayed many times in this hotel but owner has not done anything about the odors.

Back Again
Pros:

I returned again for a stay at Noah Garden on a return trip to Cotonou. I had a few days to relax before heading back to the US after 5 weeks in Coastal West Africa. Noah Garden has become a regular place to stay at some point during my visits to Benin. I will usually either start or end, or stay at both ends of my trips to West Africa. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is very good with great service from the ladies at both breakfast and dinner.

Terrible.
In our western standards it would probably be assigned 1 or max 2 stars.
Bugs in the room, no amenities (not even shampoo), broken bathroom lever, broken wardrobe door, dirty sheets…
What else can I add??

Last minute but refreshing
Pros:

At the end of a congress trip I made a last minute booking in this hotel after our flight was delayed. It is the cheapest and nicest among the hotel that the members of the group booked (6 hotels booked). It was very good. The food, the wifi were satisfying. Only small issues like water pressure, and appliances screws... Other than that I was delighted with price and the size of the breakfast. They should also need to serve fresh natural pineapple or orange juices largely available in the country.
