Perfektes Hotel, um einen Flug früh morgens stressfrei zu erwischen
Pros:

Direkte Lage am Don Muang Flughafen. Das Frühstück war extrem reichhaltig und sehr gut. Personal auch sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel selber ist schon etwas in dieser Jahre gekommen und wird gerade im März 26 renoviert.

Super fint hotel.Kloaklugt og lukket gangbro til lufthavnen pga renovering. Meget byggestøj ved poolområdet

Super pænt og velfungerende værelse med god stor seng

Cons:

ubehagelig kloakluft fra badeværelset.
I reklamere med at man kan gå direkte fra hotellet til Don Mueang Lufthavn. Men hotellets hovedindgangen gangbroen var lukket pga renovering. Der blev tilbudt gratis transport til lufthavne hvilket tog 12-15 min. Desuden meget støj og banken på hotellet. Dårligt hotellet ikke informerer om det inden hotelvalg.

Ich fühlte mich im Zimmer nicht besonders wohl; das Frühstück und der Frühstücksraum sind sehr gut.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und das Frühstück ist prima.
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat eine sehr alte Ausstattung und ist stark abgenutzt.
Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig.
Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr abgenutzt; die Badezimmerdecke hatte viele Altersspuren.

Très bon emplacement à proximité de l’aéroport
Pros:

Hôtel situé quasi dans l’aéroport, relié par une passerelle. Personnel très agréable, immense piscine très agréable également.
Les chambres sont en cours de rénovation et les chambres rénovées sont très belles.

Cons:

Le restaurant y est cher. Je vous conseille de faire qql pas à l’extérieur pour trouver de très bons restaurants beaucoup moins chers.

very useful for the airport
Pros:

food was excellent, breakfast and evening , excellent staff

Cons:

at the moment they are refurbing the hotel so there were a lot of building works going on but in normal working hours also the bridge from Don Mueang airport is closed but you can get a free shuttle bus by calling the hotel or speaking to the guy at the entrance to the bridge, the rooms are getting a little tired now so the work will be welcomed

Pros:

La vicinanza all’aeroporto, perfetto per chi fa scalo.
La varietà della colazione con la possibilità di assaggiare piatti orientali. La gentilezza del personale. Stanza molto ampia, letti comodissimi. Bagno grande e fornito di tutto il necessaire.

It will be excellent when the renovations are complete and the bridge to the airport has reopened

Pool and area lovely. I stayed in a refurbished room which was bright and modern and comfortable

Very good after initial confusion
Pros:

The hotel is connected to the airport which after a long day travelling was very welcome. The beds were comfortable and the facilities very good. The pool is fab and the staff really friendly. Nice hot shower, with poweerful spray! Nice toiletires in the bathroom and we were in an older style room, which we really liked as it reminded us of older Thai hotels. Big bathroom, double sink units. The room we had was massive. Despite some confusion at chekc in, the Manager took very good care of us and sorted the issues out and made sure we were settled. The breakfast was outstanding, so much choice at the buffet, and a huge dining room with amazing staff.

Cons:

When we booked, we booked a king size room with balcony, however, the hotel is undergoing some major renovations, therefore, when we checked in we were assigned a different room, which unfortunately the reception staff did not inform us of. The hotel is massive and with the renovations ongoing we seemed to walk for miles to our room. The room itself was lovely, however, it was smaller than we had booked and had no balcony. It was a newly renovated room and part of the hotel. We called reception to ask about the room and after heading down to talk with the Manager, she arranged for our originally booked room, apologising that it was an older room, but we loved it for reasons above. She was apologetic and extremely helpful, offering us discount from any food and drink we wanted that evening.

Enttäuscht

Cons:

Leider alles sehr enttäuschend...Übergang zum Airport gesperrt..keine vorherige Info bei Booking.com oder im Netz. Es gab zwar Shuttle aber immer nur zur vollen Stunde. wir haben dann darauf bestanden ein Shuttle um 7.30 zu bekommen. Mitarbeiter hatte es abends zugesagt..morgens wusste keiner was davon. Letztendlich hat man uns dann zur gewünschten Zeit gefahren. Trotz renoviertem Zimmer Gestank im Bad und Wasser lief unkontrolliert aus der Dusche..kein Gefälle...alles in allem doch sehr enttäuschend...

Nice hotel, difficulty connecting to the airport when we stayed

It’s a pleasantly presented place and the staff are helpful and charming.

Cons:

A key selling point of the property is normally that it’s easily accessible via a footbridge from the airport. At the time of our visit the footbridge was 7nder repair and there was a shuttle bus in substitute. The footbridge used to be very quick and the bus was very slow.
