Hotel De La Ville

Locatie was uitstekend. Direct buiten begint het centrum. Wel even een uitdaging als je met de auto komt en niet met boetes geconfronteerd wil worden. Is een chique hotel wat er verder goed uitziet. Ontbijt was goed.

La ubicación, excepcional, cerca de todo, se puede hacer el centro histórico a pie ya que desde la esquina se veía el duomo a 2 cuadras. La estación de trenes también muy cerca. La atención también muy buena.

We stayed at Hotel De La Ville in Florence in a Junior Suite, which was a lovely and spacious room in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the main sights and right in the heart of the city.

Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the experience down.

During our stay, temperatures reached around 38°C, so having complimentary drinking water in the room would have been a basic but very welcome touch. Unfortunately, this wasn’t provided. We also asked for an iron, but the hotel was unable to supply one, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard.

The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. Our room had a strange and unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning system, which made it difficult to feel completely comfortable, particularly given how hot it was outside.

The hotel has plenty going for it: a great location, attractive surroundings and a beautiful Junior Suite but we expected a little more from a hotel of this level. With better attention to some of these practical details, it could have been a much more enjoyable stay.

Overall, a pleasant stay but unfortunately not quite the experience we were expecting.

The location is great! It's convenient to the train station and the local museums, which is why I chose it. The interior is impressive, but somewhat dated.

It was so clean. Staff were wonderful. In great locations.

Ne-a placut absolut totul la acest hotel,de la amplasarea in plin centru al Florentei, la maxim 5 minute de plimbare de Dom sau Palazzo Vecchio si terminand cu serviciile.A fost cea mai reusita cazare a noastra ,ne-am intoarce oricand aici cu drag.Doamnele de la receptie au fost minunate ,ne-au ajuta cu tot ce am intrebat cu recomandari si rezervari,multa amabilitate .Iar bonusul acestei vacate a fost personalul de la micul dejun care ne-au facut diminetile minunate .In mod special as vrea sa o amintesc pe SABINA ,cea care a avut mereu timp sa ne salute ,sa intrebe daca avem nevoie de ceva anume,daca ne poate ajuta cu ceva ,am primit de la ea sfaturi legate de oras ,o adevarata profesionista ,parca iti anticipa dorintele si o prezenta impecabila in fiecare dimineata .Curatenie impecabila a intregului hotel ,camera curatata zilnic .Ne-am simtit ca intr-un hotel de 5 stele .

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage in der Stadt - man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Florenz zu Fuß erkunden und es liegt zugleich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Santa Maria Novella, von dem aus man zum Flughafen fahren kann oder mit dem Zug in andere Städte fahren kann, z.B. für einen Tagesausflug.
Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Das Haus hat eine tolle Atmosphäre, die sehr gut zur Stadt passt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann dieses Hotel für eine Reise nach Florenz wärmstens empfehlen, da ein Aufenthalt in diesem Haus die Reise nach Florenz perfekt ergänzt!

ロケーションがよい。ブランド品のお店が多い通りにあり治安が良さそう。駅から徒歩5分で便利。

立地が最高だった。どこにでも行きやすい。夜も道が明るく、安全に過ごすことができた。
部屋にはスリッパもあり、毎日新しいのに取り替えてくれた。

Las habitaciones están muy bien, el hotel está perfectamente ubicado para conocer Florencia, pero sin duda lo mejor fue el desayuno. No solo había de todo, sino que además el camarero que nos atendió todos los días no podía ser más amable y siempre con una sonrisa.
