A localização do hotel é boa, mas é só isso. Péssimo hotel.

Cons:

Pra começar, ao entrar na recepção o cheiro de mofo é pavoroso.

Pra piorar, não havia carregador de malas, tivemos que carregar as nossas malas do carro até o quarto.

Havíamos reservado um quarto triplo, mas no quarto só havia uma cama de casal. Então fomos falar com o recepcionista para preparar um terceiro leito e ele nos disse para dormirmos entre três adultos na cama de casal. Nem se prontificaram a resolver.

No banheiro havia só duas toalhas de banho… Uma sequência de erros e desculpas esfarrapadas.

Localização excelente, café da manhã gostoso e quartos confortáveis.

Cons:

As chaves do apartamento poderiam ser mais modernas - o melhor tipo de chave é a eletrônica com senha. Isso evita o desconforto de ter que pedir o staff vez ou outra pra abrir a porta do quarto.

Excellent location. It is a good quality hotel. Good value.

Cons:

I did not like my room very much. The bed and the shower were quite uncomfortable. The hotel arranged transportation for me from the train station to the hotel and from he hotel to the train station. They charged $160 to my credit card in advance for this transportation. After staying a few days in Florence, I learned that this transportation would have cost me less than $40 with taxi cabs.
