Muy buena
Pros:

Las habitaciones están muy bien, el hotel está perfectamente ubicado para conocer Florencia, pero sin duda lo mejor fue el desayuno. No solo había de todo, sino que además el camarero que nos atendió todos los días no podía ser más amable y siempre con una sonrisa.

Overall, we had a great time and recommend this hotel for travelers visiting Florence.
Pros:

The location of the hotel. It is located in the center of the city with access to shops and restaurants.
The staff are very friendly and accommodate the need of guests.
Breakfast service was excellent.

Cons:

The room need Iron for ironing the clothes.
This is important for the travelers to be independent.

The hotel does not have key card system for room doors , they have 80s keys with iron plates :) This is a bit inconveninent for families

Séjour fabuleux dans un hôtel où il est appréciable de se réfugier après une journée de visites
Pros:

Nous étions tout près de la Cathédrale, du Battistaire et de la gare. L'hôtel se situe dans une rue calme, avec très peu de passage en soirée puisque c'est une Zone d'accès limité.
L'établissement est très bien décoré, avec goût, comme savent le faire les Italiens, spacieux, accueillant avec son coin bar, salon avec de nombreux canapés pour se reposer d'une journée intense, la salle du petit-déjeuner attenante est très conviviale, le personnel très souriant et à l'écoute de nos demandes.
Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire, copieux, varié, avec un choix de très bons produits. C'est digne d'un petit-déjeuner comme nous les apprécions, parfait pour bien démarrer la journée. Là aussi, le personnel est très gentil et a un petit mot gentil pour les clients.
La chambre était belle, bien décorée également, la literie confortable, le lit était grand, l'ensemble était très propre et frais quand nous avons pris possession du lieu, très appréciable en ces fortes chaleurs.

Una ciudad bellísima en un hotel hermoso.
Pros:

Ubicación óptima, cerca de todos los lugares turísticos a visitar en Florencia. El desayuno buffet excelente y las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas.

Cons:

Todo a sido muy bueno, no tengo ningún comentario negativo.

Hôtel idéalement placé, accueil exemplaire de gentillesse mais doit se rénover.
Pros:

- l'emplacement est parfait. En plein coeur historique, au centre du quartier "chic" avec ses boutiques et ses palais somptueux (comme le palais Strozzi à 10 m).
- l'accueil et le personnel exceptionnels de gentillesse, faisant tout leur possible pour vous être agréable et trouver des solutions à vos questions.
- le petit-déjeuner qui est complet et dont une équipe de service est remarquable de prévenance et de gentillesse (le serveur le plus âgé tient à vous serrer la main le matin quand vous arrivez encore endormi !). L'autre équipe est plutôt dans la logique du "minimum syndical".

Cons:

- la chambre est parfaitement propre mais "date" un peu. La déco est vintage ! la salle de bains pas vraiment moderne, les fenêtres mal isolées du bruit de la rue la nuit, pas de bouilloire pour un petit thé ou une tisane.
- le service de parking n'est pas au point. Certes, votre voiture est garée par les soins de l'hôtel (35 €/jour) dans un parking situé si loin qu'il faut la commander une heure avant de décider de partir. Assez contraignant. Aujourd'hui, j'ai attendu une heure quinze avant de pouvoir partir. En plus de cela, le parking ferme ses portes à 23h30. Pas question de faire la fête trop tard en ville !
- L'ensemble des salons n'est pas très accueillants : trop datés.
