Uitermate prettig hotel
Pros:

Heel comfortabel hotel met gratis parkeren aan de rand van Leeds. Personeel is zeer gastvrij. Klein zwembad en gym.

Cons:

Er is geen gewone lift en diverse kleine trapjes wat met een zware koffer een probleem kan zijn voor bijvoorbeeld oudere reizigers

Adequate as we were only there for 2 nights.
Pros:

There was a wide variety of food to choose from for breakfast. It was well presented and the hot food was cooked nicely.
The cheerful, helpful, friendly staff.

Cons:

Standard of cleanliness , comfort and decoration of the room.
Poor choice of actual meals on restaurant menu.
The meals we did have were all accompanied by a huge pile of lettuce - no dressing , no other ingredients!! Just something to fill up the plate!
We ordered sandwiches for a snack. There was hardly any filling and it was made with too thick slices of dry bread.
Presentation of meals was poor and unappealing.

We didn’t stay, we checked out within 2 hours of checking in.
Pros:

Nothing, we ended up staying for 25 minutes.

Cons:

It was damp, smelt disgusting, mould around windows in room. The whole hotel was damp.

Pros:

As a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children we thought the hotel was lovely and clean, the reception, dining area, bar, rooms and the swimming pool all immaculate. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
We had booked breakfast and the food was fresh, hot and plenty of options for the whole family.
The swimming pool was lovely and warm and we were able to get towels down at the gym reception which made things easier, at no extra cost. On a whole I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel - Lovely Friendly Staff

Well equipped

Best part was the staff they were so friendly attentive and accommodating
My friend was vegan and they even provided vegan milk for a drink in the room

Pros:

There was a specific man behind the bar on both Saturday and Sunday night around half past 10, he was absolutely brilliant. He was so welcoming, was so easy to chat to, and definitely made our stay in the hotel x10 better.
