Very quiet, super comfy beds and lovely staff.
Pros:

We was very nervous about our stay as it was the first time staying in a hotel with our autistic 3 year old but everything went amazing. He loved it!

Cons:

I can’t comment on this as we had a perfect stay.

Perfect for a one night stay, comfortable hotel, good pub within short walking distance, Steakhouse across the road.
Pros:

It was quiet, bed was comfortable, shower was good, parking was easy and free and the staff were friendly. Overall perfect for my one night stay.

Pros:

Duty manager was very helpful. Nice bar area. Convenient free parking.

Cons:

My booked room smelled musty as, to an extent, did the corridor. However, the manager sealed me into an alternative and larger room with no hesitation. That room was fine.

Die Lage des Hotels und relative Nähe zu unserer Europazentrale

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel muss dringend renoviert werden. Alte ausgefranste Teppiche. Schimmel in Zimmer und an vielen Stellen im Bad. Unzureichend überpinselter Schimmel im Bad. Das Frühstück war noch nicht einmal sehr britisch.

Not too terrible. Ok for work purposes, but wouldn’t bring the family to stay

Big parking lot. Decent bar area.

Cons:

Very very dated. Food is not great (although breakfast food was good). No vending machines to buy a cold drink late at night. Housekeeping never replenished my biscuits for 4 days.

Pleasant stay, nice facilities & yummy breakfast but room could be cleaner.
Pros:

Convenient stop off on our journey. All staff members we encountered were friendly, helpful & welcoming. We got our times mixed up for breakfast but the staff were really understanding and seated us anyway. Enjoyed the leisure facilities.

Cons:

The room was a bit tired and could do with some maintenance. There were hairs in the bathroom when we arrived and the floor didn’t seem very clean.

There was mould, damp and smelt of ammonia. Still haven’t received a response from booking.com for a refund as we couldn’t even stay there because it was that bad. Absolute poor customer service

Underwhelming
Pros:

Nice hotel, nice breakfast.
Staff were overall nice about the wrong info given (by several employees,) regarding the pool times
- drove 6 hours specifically for your hotel with pool rather than on motorway, and it was shut early. Even upon arrival the guy on check in got it wrong.
4 year old had had week fo sadness etc hence why trying to make overnight stay on way home fun.

They covered my dinner that night, which was nice of manager. But already lost £60.00 the week before due to changing dates for a funeral stay, and no one getting back to me I. Time about whether I could claim free cancellation because I purchased insurance.
