Good comfortable city hotel
Pros:

Very nice comfortable room, big comfy bed, good bathroom and shower, window opened, WiFi was good, nice little swimming pool. Large car park below priced well for the area.

Cons:

We should have asked for more / firmer pillows, but we didn't.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool so when we could not use it it was very disappointing
Pros:

Every thing was great but the spa pool and gym was closed they said it would be closed up to Wednesday but when I asked on Thursday it was still closed when you pay for a facility you expect to be able to use all facilities

Was ok location good but wouldn’t stay again due to above
Pros:

Lovely big room nice to have seperate bath from shower

Cons:

Parking was told available at property when we got there charged 36 pounds to stay not really great value noticed after I paid carpark on the corner for 8 pounds per night . No changing rooms in pool area small boys around 8 in female changing rooms not really appropriate could do with some privacy areas. Not enough towels in room for family of 4

A Lovely Stay
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Glasgow. The hotel is well appointed and the staff is warm and welcoming. Abby at the front desk was helpful and resourceful. Miles, in the Executive Lounge, was extremely hospitable, cordial and accommodating, and Evie served us with a smile. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was comfortable and clean

Cons:

Booked im advance for swimming facilities to be told less than 24 hours before that the swimming pool was closed for 3 day maintenance. This is poor, more notice should have been provided or it should have been advertised it was closed and price reduced.
