Staff brilliant & facilities great.
Pros:

We stay here a couple of times a year. It’s child friendly, big rooms and great food and facilities. My son turned 6 and the staff had left him a beautiful hand written card and box of chocolates in the room, he felt so so special and I am so grateful for this. The staff wished him a happy birthday and even gave him a 6 balloon. The leisure staff let him borrow some arm bands as well for the pool and were lovely. The food has been renewed and is a great menu!

Cons:

The pool could do with some upgrading in terms of changing facilities and tiling in the pool itself.

Pros:

Nice reception staff. Very helpful at checkin and checkout

Cons:

Could be better instructions about car park entrance. Please make it more clear that the entrance is at the back of the hotel, particularly during roadworks. Room heating was very unpredictable, alternating between too hot then very cold. Extra heater in room is a give-away!
