Manca frigobar che in un 4 stelle dovrebbe essere previsto. Bagno piccolo con vasca, difficoltosa nel caso di ospiti avanti con l’età. Ristorante caro e deludente

الموظفين رائعين والمكان جيد والغرفة ممتازه

تم الوصول قبل الموعد ولم تكن الغرفة متاحة قبل بنصف ساعه لامشكله لكن يجب ان يكون كل شي جاهز حسب الوقت المتعارف عليه 3 وقد تم تأخير دخولنا الى مابعد 3:30 تقريبا 7 المساء دخلنا بعد ما مشينا في المدينة وذلك بسبب سوء الادارة في تسليم الغرف

Close to Glasgow centre

Cons:

We had a deluxe room but there was no drinking water, tissues, bath cap, slippers or robes. A few were given to us when we asked. The restaurant menu was poor thoigh what food was available was good.

Comfortable stay. I could not use the gym etc due to leg injury

Room was clean .Staff were apologetic regarding access to room. Gave us vouchers for drinks.

Cons:

Could not check in until 90 mins after arriving. Porridge was not great or hot . Couldn't find any teaspoons.
