Great hotel
Pros:

The room was great & the spa facility were ok
We were at concert & just got back to hotel around midnight
The bar was closed & if you want a drink
It would be room service & there’s a £5 delivery charge
We didn’t have breakfast

Would like a classic breakfast buffet included like other double tree locations like York.

Cons:

Pillows were dead, head ended up flat on bed as pillows just disappeared when pressure applied.

Clean, comfortable, good location and value for money
Pros:

Clean and spacious room. Clean bathroom, bedsheets and towels. Nice location. Walkable from most of the points in the city. I think it is a good value for money. Friendly staff. Pool was nice and warm though a bit small.

Cons:

Bathroom shower water can leak into the toilet area making it wet. No mini fridge in the room.

Great 3 night stay in Glasgow. Hotel was in ideal location for me.
Pros:

I liked my room, television and bathroom and the fact you can open the window. Picked the hotel for its location near Buchanan coach station for day trip to Oban and the Highlands.
I walked to Glasgow Central for the train to Ardrossan.
I didn't need to use the bar or restaurant.
Being on my own I felt safe.

Cons:

I didn't use other facilties.

Lovely hotel, room was perfect, bed was very comfortable.
