Disappointing ending
Pros:

Excellent location, room cleaned very well, very well equipped.

Cons:

Pillows not very comfortable, the day we were supposed to check out I called to request a late check out as my son was not feeling well, I was told the 1st hour was free and subsequent hours would be £10. My husband also called to request and was told the same information he told reception he would call back to make payment when he called back he was told no this was not possible and the best they could do was 1.30pm! Very disappointing after a very nice stay.

If soundproof stay would be fabulous

Cons:

Noisy doors. Unable to sleep well as you can hear doors closing wverytime. Told staff but they cannot do anything

Not a very pleasant stay
Pros:

The property location was ok

Cons:

The spring bed mattress were horrible, making lot of noise when we used to turn. The cleanliness of the property was not up to the mark, the kettle was filled with dust like the rooms were hardly used for long days on the day when we checked in. Pillows were not good too. Food was ok, paid was breakfast but coffee machine wasn’t working, finished porridge toppers weren’t refilled. Over all experience was not very great unfortunately and to the expect standard of Hilton.

We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Centrally located - easy walk to merchant city and Glasgow cathedral. It was also easy parking but you need to pay.

Cons:

We wished the pool stayed open longer in the evening

Top class hotel at a great price!
