Cold room, There was a strong smell of mould in the room. The hotel was outdated and run-down.

The hotel room was cold, with no heating. There was also a very strong musty smell, so strong that my luggage smelled of it when I got home. We were also cold in bed as there were only blankets and no duvets, which there should have been. On top of that, there were no chairs for us — we are getting on in years and cannot sit on the beds. There was one chair that was falling apart and should have been thrown out long ago.

room was very spacious - think I got an upgrade

Cons:

At breakfast had to order egg preference . Would have preferred if they had been available in main restaurant . Tea cups were stained . But everything else was perfect !

A very enjoyable short stay with particularly helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

We booked a twin room but were upgraded to a room with 2 queen sized beds which was very spacious and comfortable. The shower was very efficient and the controls easily accessible. The breakfast was good and fresh with the staff constantly refreshing everything and we had a lovely evening meal on our first night.
Once a member of staff had told us about the Subway we found the location excellent.

Cons:

my friend suffers from allergies and we think the pillows were feather filled. We did not realize until our last day what was making her sneeze otherwise I'm sure the staff would have swapped them.

No cookies, TV didn’t work tried phoning reception but got not reply. Went down to reception and waited about 15 minutes to report this. To be fair it was fixed soon after. 3 buckets collecting water from a roof leak at the back of my chair at breakfast. Went to the pool at 9.45 wax told fully booked and to come back in 50 minutes. We were checking out at 11.

Tolles Hotel in Top-Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Am Frühstück war nichts auszusetzen. Parkplätze sind in im hoteleigenen Parkhaus vorhanden.

Cons:

In der Duschkabine war am unteren Rand etwas Schimmel festzustellen.
