Cons:

Chambres non insonorisées: on entendait nos voisins comme si ils étaient dans notre chambre.
Portes avec des espacements: on entendait chaque discussion dans les couloirs mais surtout chaque fermeture de porte de l’etage! En effet, comme l’hôtel n’a rien mis sur les portes pour freiner les fermetures, ça n’arrêtait pas de claquer à toute heure! Insupportable, surtout dans un hotel!
Personnel: un sourire serait apprécié quand on vient faire le check-in ou le check-out.

Spa area outdated and needed lots of repairs to jacuzzi and worn beds in swimming area, jacuzzi chipped tiles and dirty

Pros:

The location was perfect for exploring Glasgow. The staff were friendly and helpful and the upgrade I purchased for my wife's birthday was worth every penny! Really greatfull to the staff who decorated our room with cards, balloons, cake and champagne....it really made the weekend special..

Cons:

Pillows were very soft. I would have liked to have had a choice.

Didn’t actually stay there. Very disappointed with everything.
Pros:

Didn’t get to stay at the property as it was overbooked. They transferred us to another hotel which did not have the spa facilities which was my only reason for booking. When I enquired about a refund the manager Anton flatly refused and blocked my email address.

Cons:

Didn’t get to stay there. Staff offered no explanation rather than hotels get over booked all the time. Absolute disgrace.
