Important information:

Children under the age of 5 enjoy breakfast free of charge. For children between 6 and 12 years old, breakfast costs GBP 5. For children 17 years old, breakfast costs GBP 12.
Prices are per child per day.

Please note children are welcome to use the leisure facilities, but those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult must be in the pool with them and a maximum of two children per adult.

Pool opening times for children under 16 are Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 19:30, Friday – Sunday unlimited.

Access to the Health Club and swimming pool are complimentary but not guaranteed, if the pool is at capacity.

Please note last entry to the Health & Leisure club is one hour before closing.

Children's meals are not included, and additional charges apply, payable to the hotel directly.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Another brilliant stay, this is a great hotel we have used many times.
Pros:

Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. Use of the swimming pool is always a favourite with the children.

Cons:

Some of the fixtures and fittings in the bathroom need some attention. Nothing serious, but a few things loose on the walls.

The staff were as always very nice and helpful.

The room, which was an Executive room, was large, clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable.

We had an evening meal which was very good.

The room and food were excellent value for money.

Cons:

For the 2nd time in a row, our room called in the late evening with no one talking when we answered.

The staff knew nothing about it.
