Important information:

Children under the age of 5 enjoy breakfast free of charge. For children between 6 and 12 years old, breakfast costs GBP 5. For children 17 years old, breakfast costs GBP 12.
Prices are per child per day.

Please note children are welcome to use the leisure facilities, but those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult must be in the pool with them and a maximum of two children per adult.

Pool opening times for children under 16 are Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 19:30, Friday – Sunday unlimited.

Access to the Health Club and swimming pool are complimentary but not guaranteed, if the pool is at capacity.

Please note last entry to the Health & Leisure club is one hour before closing.

Children's meals are not included, and additional charges apply, payable to the hotel directly.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Cons:

Fire alarm went off at 3am, there was no staff checking everyone was out the building and that all was present and correct. No one came and told us we could return to the building once the alarm was turned off. Really poor health and safety

This is the hotel to go to.
Pros:

Receptionist Anna is a major asset to the hotel. Polite friendly lovely professional person. Room was spacious and comfortable, bed HUGE and shower 🚿 very powerful and felt like a spa treatment massage rather than just a shower

Nothing I didn't like.

Great value for money but also room for improvement
Pros:

I loved the room, as it had everything we needed. The little touches of tea and coffee and robes and slippers was lovely. We loved accessing the pool for free and the restaurant.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable, to the point I didn’t sleep well. I didn’t like only being able to book the pool for one hour. The TV in our room would not cast or access streaming services and there was nothing on the few available channels to watch.

If you want to really chill it’s ideal
Pros:

It’s beautiful inside, the decor, pictures and furnishings are really nice.

Cons:

Nothing really. If you want to go out in town it’s not the best but I didn’t go there for that I went to relax.

Will definitely be back. Great value for money.
Pros:

Travelled here from north Lanarkshire for the football with my 9 year old son which was cancelled, but still had a great two nights away. Love the pool, staff are lovely too. Room was immaculate, food in the restaurant was delicious and so was the breakfast.
