Important information:

Children under the age of 5 enjoy breakfast free of charge. For children between 6 and 12 years old, breakfast costs GBP 5. For children 17 years old, breakfast costs GBP 12.
Prices are per child per day.

Please note children are welcome to use the leisure facilities, but those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult must be in the pool with them and a maximum of two children per adult.

Pool opening times for children under 16 are Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 19:30, Friday – Sunday unlimited.

Access to the Health Club and swimming pool are complimentary but not guaranteed, if the pool is at capacity.

Please note last entry to the Health & Leisure club is one hour before closing.

Children's meals are not included, and additional charges apply, payable to the hotel directly.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Great stay
Pros:

Efficient and pleasant staff. Good food. Comfy beds. Clean and Well presented room and hotel. Perfect for work trip

Good value at low season rates.
Pros:

I liked the spacious reception and wide corridors between rooms.
General ambience in reception.
The night porter was amazingly thoughtful and helpful.

Cons:

1. Having to pay separately for parking - in a rough and very badly 'pot-holed' car park: Not what is expected of a 4 star hotel.
Signage in the car park was not good and reception not obvious due to building shape.
2. A pre-stay (at 1.30), Coffee with a friend - intended to be an early afternoon tea, lacked any timely attempt to take orders for other items, no offer of biscuits or sandwiches to go with the coffee - we were just thrust a menu. After saying we'd have a look, our coffees were almost finished before the waitress returned. When I went to pay it was a different person and they didn't know what we'd had ..... Very high menu prices for poor quality service.
3. My room was about 2/3 of the ways down the corridor - I had specifically asked for a room near the lift.
4. Room was fine but in need of some TLC - scraped wood, etc.
5. I couldn't find any means of controlling room temperature.
6. There wasn't an hotel services book in the room but I did book in after 10 p.m. so didn't bother asking
7. Wifi signal was poor and erratic

amazing place amazing staff

staff whwre amazing so helpful and always making sure we where ok! especially Misha she went over and beyond for us and was aervice with a smile the whole time made us feel amazing
