Pros:

The staff were very friendly, polite and numerous. Breakfast was great. But the room and bathroom were in poor condition (I attached a picture of the walls) and smelled very bad, making me feel nauseous all night. The room was not soundproofed at all and was lit only by a large lamp that didn't work and a small, dim light. There were no amenities, except an immense TV, not even a glass for water. But above all, I didn't feel safe during the night because the door opened directly onto the courtyard. The old curtains didn't even cover the windows. I really don't recommend it.

Pros:

Muy buen lugar, acogedor, de piezas espaciosas e impecables.
El desayuno simple pero muy rico, la gente que atiende es muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar.
El entorno se siente seguro, es cercano al centro (15 minutos caminando)

Muy Recomendado! Volveriamos
Pros:

La casa es tradicional y comoda, habitaciones bastante amplias para lo que conocemos de europa. Baño limpio y atención del personal de recepción excelente. Todo queda cerca y es un sitio seguro.

ottima posizione vicino al centro - zona duomo - raggiungibile in 10min. a piedi o con poche fermate di BUS

Cons:

lo staf addetto alla colazione è stato molto scortese per aver sforato di pochi minuti l'orario max di colazione (presentati alle 09:35 anzichè alle 09:30 orario max.). Devo però sottolineare che il titolare è interventuto prontamente scusandosi e fornendo personalmente supporto per la preparazione del cappucino.

Petit déjeuner convenable sauf que des étudiants bruyants y étaient
Emplacement pas trop loin a pied du centre ville = 1,5km

Cons:

Beaucoup trop de bruit provenant de l'intérieur de l'établissement mais surtout de la rue. Pas de double vitrage. Le vidage des conteneurs poubelles tous les jours a 6h00

Perfect location and lovely breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is situated close to all the main attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and served in a very charming breakfast room. There are also many great restaurants nearby. A perfect choice for sightseeing!

Excelente precio calidad.
Pros:

Contaba con un buen precio, y el personal, principalmente Jenny de la recepción muy agradable. El desayuno y el personal que lo servía son muy serviciales y están atentos en todo momento a los pedidos. La habitación contaba con salida a un patio
Interno que le daba mucha luz.
