清潔で安い
Pros:

ホテル周辺に飲食店が充実。ホテル駐車場の駐車台数が多く、遅いチェックインにもかかわらず、心配なく駐められました。部屋も清潔感ありで、シングルルームでも十分な広さでした。スタッフの対応も親切丁寧でした。フロントでドリンクサービスの自販機用コインをいただき、ビール一缶をサービスしていただきました。こんなサービスは初めてです。エレベーター内の案内を見ると、私の住んでいる県で２カ所新たにOPENするようで、ルートインさん、景気良さそうです。

Pros:

駐車場がたくさんあった！
現場系の人たちがたくさん宿泊されていたようで、駐車場はあっという間に埋まりました
部屋も広くてキレイで快適でした
1階には大浴場もあり、傘も貸していただけました

コンセントが多かった。６口あって５口使えた。
（１つは電気スタンドで塞がっていた）
