The main problem was the mattress. It was badly worn and had a deep dip in the middle, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I reported the issue and asked for the mattress to be changed, but unfortunately the staff did not take care of it. Because of the poor condition of the mattress, I ended up with back pain during my stay.

We have had better stays in the past.
Pros:

We have stayed there many times. I am not sure what has happened. It appears to be lacking management. We had a clogged sink which was reported and never addressed, there were long black hairs in the shower, our room was refreshed on our last night but they took our used bath towels and did not replace them we only had one bath towel in the morning. The lobby spa water is a wonderful touch but always empty. The elevator button on 3rd floor was missing a cover. We have had better stays in the past.
