Pros:

Another aggravating hotel that management can;t follow-up . I have sent 3-4 messages trying to confirm the airport pickup. This is offered as part of the stay but has proven to be misleading. It was particular annoying because as I tried to get an Uber from airport (since hotel never responded) and was just about to get in, the police came and sent the driver away. I can't believe I am the first to complain about this and it seems Expedia is OK with unkept promises from the hotels (had another one a week before at a different hotel)

It is an older hotel, but it was clean, quiet, and confortable. Location seemed fine and it was cool to just walk around the corner to ride the cable car to enjoy the sunset.

Me hospede para una boda y me querían cobrar $250 por que subiera mi maquillasta y peinadora a mi habitación, decidí dejar la habitación a la hora que llego la chica y la de recepción de hoy domingo 9 de junio de 2024 a las 8:00am super grosera, le entregue, hice el check out y le pregunte que cual era el boton del elevador para el estacionamiento, 2 veces tuve que preguntar porque no quería ni contestarme, había cucarachas en el baño, adjunto imagen, EL PEOR HOTEL Y LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA.
