Aside from pillows, great stay, room was great, staff was great. The breakfast setup /food was great
Pros:

Room was excellent, clean and spacious. Pool was close to room. A/C unit was the best, silent & efficiently cooled our room. Great location. No noise!

Cons:

Pillows!! Very firm/hard. Better sleep without using.
All guest could not use.

I already did some of my stay. It’s right there in the front front
Pros:

The room had mold in it. The TV remote did not work. I called the front desk. They told me I had to come and get a remote I’m a handicap man. It takes me a very long time to get into my car and I have to drive that far and then when I got back, the remote still did not work stuff doesn’t give a shit about you people that are staying at your hotel I had mold in my bathroom. The front door was falling off the hinges, and the air conditioning did not work.

Volvía a estar en casa mis buenos días y el desayuno estuvo increíble personas muy amables

Me encanta este hotel cada viaje a México pasamos descansando por acá para luego continuar nuestro viaje, el desayuno muy delicioso con personal muy amable te hace sentir en casa la habitación muy limpia hicieron mejoras sin duda mi hotel favorito en Palm dessert

El señor de recepción cuando llegue y me escucho q hable español muy odioso me dijo q él no habla español y cada vez q le respondía una palabra en español a su pregunta me decís no hablo español lo sentí muy odioso y si hablo inglés pero quería ver hasta donde llega al fin y al cabo hice la reserva primera vez q me encuentro este tipo de personal en el hotel ya q el personal es muy amable cariñoso y siempre te dan una bienvenida increíble espero q el hotel lea mi comentario y del una buena capacitación a este señor día 8 de enero 2026 9:30 pm dejo fecha y hora para q vean el horario de trabajo y hablen con él ya q a un hotel llegan todo tipo de cultura idioma raza
