MONDAY, 9/11- THURSDAY, 9/17
Pros:

The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and took the time to listen to our requests.

Cons:

I did not dislike anything about the service or the room or the accommodations or anything like that. I felt like it was a good stay and a peaceful and comfortable one at that

Overall it was great and I would definitely recommend and return.
Pros:

Peaceful, local to a lot of stuff, the breakfast was great, the property supervisor was great.

Cons:

I didn’t like about three staff honestly. They had poor hospitality and unprofessional customer service. But the supervisor jumped right on that and made everything better.

The hotel exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast was included in the price of the room. Breakfast was made to order, with a selection of fruit and other items available buffet style. There were 5 or 6 meals available to order. They also had an espresso machine.

Cons:

Everything was great. I have not complaints.

The stay was ok. The staff was great. The place is stuck in the 80's, it's dated and rundown.
Pros:

The location of the property.

Cons:

The hotel is rundown. The elevator is not airconditioned and it was dirty. The pillows were as hard as a rock. The complementary breakfast was served at 7 am.
