Nice but if weather is hot no fan or air conditioner. Too much traffic noise to keep window open at night.

Perfect for Keskaja Päiväd/Medieval Days Festival in Vanalinn/Old Town. Approximately 10 minutes walk from Viru Gates. Clean and modern while still respecting the beauty of the historic building.

Huoneisto oli sopivan kokoinen kahdelle.
Sänky oli hyvä nukkua.
Maisemat ikkunoista puistoon ja vanhaan kaupunkiin.

Sopii 4 hengelle hyvin, mutta on todella pieni eikä liikkumatilaa ole yhtään kun sohvan on sängyksi levittänyt. Ehkä keittiötä varten olisi hyvä jos olisi myös korkeampi pöytä jonka äärellä voi syödä.

Very nice place and excellent location. Shower could use a curtain or something to block the water from flowing into the rest of the bathroom but pretty minor criticism.

Def don’t stay here if you are disabled or have mobility issues as climbing up the stairs to the loft will be tricky. And don’t hit your head on the ceiling! I only did it once but it was enough not to do it again :)

The room looked like the photos. I liked it, the location is great and the front desk is 24h they are very helpful as I asked for extra sheets and they delivered it in a few mins.

There were few details one needs to consider, the stairs to the mezzanine level are steep and very slippery, it’s also uncomfortable to get to the bed. Light switch is so far that you can not switch it off from the bed. The WiFi and TV did not work in my room. There was 0 communication before my stay. However, the staff at arrival was polite and communicative.
The flat was really clean and it was great to have a stove and a fridge.
If you have any mobility issues, it’s not suitable for you.

Huone oli viihtyisä ja siisti, mutta paikka sijaitsi vilkkaan kadun varressa joten yöllä kantautui kova meteli sisälle.

WiFi ei toiminut lainkaan joten telvisiosta näkyi vain yksi kanava. Suihkussa voisi olla suihkuverho ettei vessan lattia lainehtisi. Muutoin oikein hieno ja siisti huone.

Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä ja huoneisto viihtyisä. Siellä ei kuitenkaan ollut ilmastointia, joka teki oleskelusta hieman tukalaa hellepäivänä.

Prisvärt boende. Ligger väldigt bra.

Everything was decent!

The "bedroom" is on top of the bathroom and is really, really small! You can't standup straight en there is not room to walk next to the bed. Or, bed.. It is a (terrible) matras on the floor, not a real bed..

The apartment was genuinely nice and completely met expectations. A few issues such as the Shower room door struggling to close, and the Wi-Fi didn't work but reception staff gave us a code for another WI-FI.

Great location. Tramstop is close, harbour and old town are in walking distance.

The stairs to the sleeping area were bit difficult. I would not recommend those to anyone with any difficulty with walking. But there is a sofabed, so you can sleep in it too.

Trams can be heard, so if you are not used to the sound, it can be difficult. They do not run after 11 pm, so I di not think it is bad.

Appartement bien agencé, manque juste une petite table pour pouvoir manger car la table basse était vraiment petite. Très bien situé à proximité de tout. Personnel agréable.

Huoneisto oli siisti ja kaikki perusominaisuudet oli, paitsi pistorasioita oli hyvin vähän ja ilmastointia ei ollut. Puhelimia sai vuoron perään ladata jos halusi että tuuletin oli päällä ja se oli kesähelteellä pakko olla päällä.
