Pros:

Conveniently located near Shibuya Station without being in the centre of the chaos.
Good services and amenities, and staff were very courteous and generally helpful.

Cons:

When forwarding my luggage to my next location, the front desk had me fill out the waybill myself. Not a problem for me personally but I imagine this would be challenging for non-Japanese speakers.

Pros:

Hotel was clean and customer service was good. Loved the toiletry options and access to water, ice, and tea or ice cream. The room was very small for two people and was a little crammed but decent for sleep. It's about a 25 min walk to Shibuya scramble and there's a few restaurants in the area

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, canal and off street walking paths. Close to train station, 1 stop away from Shibuya. Meguro Sky Garden is across the road (accessible via elevator). Bed is comfortable and very clean. The room is small but space in lobby to chill.

Cons:

Better storage in the room or hooks. Suggest chair that fits under the desk to take up less space or remove it from the room.

Pros:

We loved our stay at this hotel! The lobby has lots of amenities! We originally booked a room with one bed, but then upgraded to a room with 2 beds- highly recommend the one with 2 beds! The room was nice and spacious and we enjoyed our stay.
