Borkum Island is partially car free.

Please note that the schedule for Borkum’s Island ferry is continually changing, as ferry-crossing times are dependent on the tides.
The travel time from Emden Ferry Port to Borkum Island is approximately 130 minutes, including a ride on the Island’s Inselbahn (train). Guests can leave their cars at Emden Ferry Port, which has a large car park.

Guests intending to arrive outside reception hours are kindly asked to contact the hotel in advance.

Please note that dogs are not allowed on the property.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub. ( wir mit unseren erwachsenen Kinder )
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super. Abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Zimmer wurden erst vor kurzem kernsaniert. Hier wurde ein tradionelles Haus mit moderen Aspekten vereint. Sehr gut gelungen.

Sehr zentral, Personal sehr nett, tolles Frühstück

Cons:

Es wäre zu wünschen, dass auf den Zimmer wasserkocher stehen würden, damit man nicht immer nach unten in den Aufenthaltsraum gehen muss, um wasser zu kochen z.b. für einen Tee ☕️.

Superlocatie en gastvrije ontvangst direct aan het eiland-stationnetje, zonder overlast.
Pros:

Heerlijk, direct aan/boven het Eiland-station. Perfecte ontvangst, zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Prima ontbijt, in alle opzichten een plek om nog eens terug te keren.

Ik had geen kritiek, het was helemaal prima
