Clean Room , Good location
Pros:

Good location , but Ballock is too commercialized . The price was approx. £20 too much for room only and the breakfast was £11 each . But to be fair the room was nice and clean and the room was nice and cool . ( We stopped during the 2nd Heatwave in the UK )

Comfortable stay in great location
Pros:

Easy check-in. Good security. Comfortable room with good bathroom. Great meals at pub next door. Quiet location. Short walk to town and harbour. Plenty of on site parking.

fantastic breakfast and very nice and cozy atmosphere... ideal location for loch excursions at a fraction of the price practiced on all the rest of the neighbouring resorts

Stay was good, and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, unfortunately one member of staff serving however, she kept calm and well mannered under pressure.

Aangenaam verblijf als tussenstop
Pros:

Prima plek ik te overnachten, fijn dat de pub ernaast zat. Bedden waren comfortabel

Cons:

Het was wel wat gehorig. Je hoort duidelijk mensen op de gang of wanneer er nog een deur dichtvalt.

Pas mal mais literie à améliorer
Pros:

Plutôt bien situé, à 15min à pied du centre de Balloch
Restaurant pratique, même si ce n'est clairement pas là qu'on a le mieux mangé, la qualité de la nourriture est tout de même correcte

Cons:

La literie était vraiment très inconfortable (2 lits jumeaux en 80 avec des matelas à ressorts très mous)

Great location and food
Pros:

The restaurant, location and food was brilliant

Cons:

The room hadnt been cleaned properly. I had to clean the toilet myself as it was still covered in dust / marks. You could tell by the chrome taps the sink hadnt been done either hairs and marks inside too. Beds had hairs and sweet wrappers in them. Shelfs etc were dusty. Shower isnt very great either. Contacted them regarding it but werent very helpful just said they would speak to house keeping.
