Pros:

The staff was lovely and kind.
Room clean and tidy

Cons:

Facilities misleading. It read as if outdoor facilities came with room, and you could sit outside the room.
Boring menu. Plus across the carpark to access food. Which was horrible in the torrential rain.
I was supporting a friend with disability. It was presumed I would be sleeping in the same bed. So had to ask for another bed to be made up. Which made the room crammed. Especially for my friend. Nearly had a fall twice.

Wonderful stay room spotless and comfy location superb
Pros:

Room was clean bed so comfy no frills but £54 on a Friday night on the banks of loch Lomond what’s not to like

A good location for appointments at The Vale hospital, with spacious clean rooms, good facilities and great staff.
