Pros:

Etablissement idéalement positionné, près de la gare. Personnel très agréable et souriant, notamment au petit déjeuner, avec un choix et une diversité d'aliments considérable. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, literie de qualité.
J'y retournerai pour mes futurs déplacements à Lucerne.

Excelente hotel, especialmente para famílias
Pros:

Ficamos em um quarto família conjugado (2 suítes). Quarto muito confortável, colchão e travesseiros super confortáveis. Adoramos o hotel, o café da manhã. Restaurante muito bom no térreo. E o brinde das garrafinhas de água no check in é um plus que muito nos agradou.

Cons:

Não teria o que falar, gostamos de tudo.

Fantastic small boutique hotel with very friendly efficient staff and a great restaurant too
Pros:

A beautiful boutique hotel just a 3 minute walk from Lucerne railway station. Well appointed rooms, always super clean. All of the staff were really helpful from check in, breakfast, dinner to check out. Thank you we couldn’t have asked for more! We’d highly recommend the Cascada Boutique Hotel and the food in the Bolero restaurant was outstanding too!

Central location, very close to train station. Superb restaurant as part of the hotel, which was excellent. Fabulous breakfast. Super helpful accommodating staff. Very clean room.

Gutes Hotel, tolle Lage in einer netten Ecke von Luzern mit sehr gutem Frühstück!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer. Aber es war alles da, was man braucht! Das Frühstück war super! Und sehr nettes Personal beim Frühstück!

Cons:

Das Personal beim Empfang/Check-in war etwas nüchtern, aber ok. Das vorherige online ein-checken ging vorher trotz mehrerer Versuche nicht und war dann vor Ort etwas zeitaufwendig.

Cozy, quiet, and perfectly located.
Pros:

The Cascada is a great little hotel, with a friendly vibe and thoughtful “extras”—free drinks in the minibar, bins of umbrellas to borrow during rainstorms (handy during our visit), refillable water bottles, and more. We chose this hotel partly for its proximity to the railway station and were delighted to find it extremely quiet even with the trains nearby. Even the annual Fasnacht carnival outside didn’t break the calm. The hotel is also an easy five-minute walk from the historic center and is located in a cafe-filled neighborhood of its own, with beautiful art nouveau architecture. We had a great dinner at the Bolero restaurant, too. A couple of tips: upgrading to a “medium”-size room was a very good call. It was perfect for two people; anything smaller might have been a bit too cozy. And DO take advantage of the transit pass included in every hotel reservation in Luzern. Especially in inclement weather, it’s great to be able to hop on any train, bus, or tram to get around the city.

Sletili smo avionom u Zurich te vlakom dosli do Luzerna. Idealan smještaj jer se nalazi odmah pokraj željezničkog kolodvora. Sobe uredne, čiste, tople, osoblje ljubazno.U sobi se nalazi mini bar koji besplatno možete konzumirati i koji se svakog dana nadopunjuje. Doručak odličan! Navečer se moze lijepo opustiti na baru uz stručno predstavljanje pića. Blizina centra, javni prijevoz odlično povezan sa svim atrakcijama koje smo željeli posjetiti. Blizina pristaništa broda, ukoliko želite krstariti jezerom ili posjetiti neki planinski vrh.
