Cascada Boutique Hotel

Great hotel, and great location! Would stay here again while in Lucerne. They provide a Lucerne visitor pass as well which covers buses in the city, as well as reusable water bottles. Rooms are spotless clean, and very comfortable with AC for the summer heat. Great service and stay overall!

Our first stop/stay in Switzerland. The hotel is very easy to get to from the train station which was very convenient after a day of flying. We were on the 3rd floor. The room size for Europe was generous. They had the 3rd bed laid out perfectly and my 9 year old slept well. To get into the shower was a huge step over to get into the tub. It had AC and within walking distance to town. I would stay here again.

I would not recommend this place. Their staff has rude attitude at reception desk. There was noise from AC and fridge at various times throughout the night, so we didn’t sleep well.
Their restaurant has good food but overpriced. They give a 20% discount only on your main plate, not overall bill. Their breakfast buffet has limited fruit and mediocre food for $29.

We had an amazing stay at CASCADA Hotel, and one of the biggest reasons was Yuliia.

From the moment we met her, she was exceptionally professional, genuinely kind, and truly cared about making sure our family was comfortable. Even while managing a very busy breakfast shift, she always took the time to check on us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome.

What touched us the most was how thoughtful she was with our young son. She went out of her way to bring out toys for him to play with, which absolutely made his day. He had such a wonderful time that he’s already asking when we can come back to this hotel!

It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such genuine care and hospitality. Yuliia is a tremendous asset to CASCADA Hotel, and she made our stay memorable for our entire family.

We stayed in an upgraded Deluxe Room for two nights. The room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was very good.
Unfortunately, the bathroom design significantly detracted from our stay. The bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a heavy, opaque sliding glass door that was extremely difficult to operate. It took two people to force the door about two-thirds of the way open or closed, and even then it would not fully close, leaving virtually no privacy.
We reported the problem to the front desk, and housekeeping was sent to inspect it. Their response was simply that it was the best they could do. Since the bathroom door would not function properly, we sometimes had to use the public restroom in the hotel to have privacy.
For a hotel of this quality, this was completely unacceptable and overshadowed what otherwise would have been a pleasant stay.

Lovely well positioned hotel . Small, but very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Most importantly, super nice & accommodating staff. Special shout out to Rhea, front desk employee . Buffet breakfast was delicious.

Tolle Klimaanlage im Zimmer, sehr angenehm im Sommer. An der Rezeption konnte ich Tickets für Ausflüge buchen, sehr gut. Frühstücksbuffet war richtig groß mit tollen Optionen.

The breakfast is fabulous ! Dinner à la carte also! And the rooms are super clean ! Slept well even though there’s an important street down. Very nice and fun staff !

Everything about this hotel was 5 stars for me. The check in staff was really nice and friendly and I liked that there was also an optiono to check in at a kiosk in the lobby. We loved the complimentary glass water bottles that we were able to keep. The whole hotel and room were very clean and fresh and the beds were comfy. We had a room on the top floor and it was very quiet and the operable skylight was really nice. I thought the location was really great - a very easy walk to the train station and to old town area.

Very clean, with a small balcony facing a quiet road. The room was small, but it had a great layout. It had a small fridge that had complimentary drinks, including 2 beers and 2 soft drinks upon arrival.
The staff was really lovely, and the breakfast was really, really good. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and their fresh juice was delicious.
We enjoyed our stay here very much.
