Schöne, sehr angenehme Location. Restaurant sehr fein, aber zu teuer für einen langen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Frühstück-Buffet ist OK. Für einfach Continental Früstück, Bestellvorgang viel zu kompliziert. Obere Preisgrenze für beide !

Cons:

Komplizierte, aufwendige Früstück (Continental) Bestellung. Kafee-Gipfeli mit Konfitüre dürfte einfach sein. Sehr unangenehm das ganze am Morgen früh. Preis wirklich an der oberer Grenze,

Nicht wieder wenn wir in Luzern sind
Pros:

Es gab kostenlose Snacks und Getränke, sowie das Personal war sehr nett vorallem Frau R.

Cons:

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen, was überhaupt keine Veränderung gewesen war. Im Gegenteil , ein viel kleineres Zimmer 2x Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben und ein Bad , was nicht so groß war .
Daraufhin sprach ich das Personal an und die haben uns unseren Zimmer angeboten was wir von vorne rein gebucht haben ein Doppelbett.

Nice but be aware
Pros:

We recently stayed at Cascada Hotel and overall had a lovely experience, which makes this review disappointing to write.
The hotel is charming, in a good location, and within walking distance to town. We especially appreciated the bikes.
However, our room had a sharply slanted ceiling positioned directly next to the bed, which created a real safety concern—especially in a room meant for three guests.
I hit my shoulder twice, and more concerning, my son hit his head multiple times. One instance was quite hard, we were worried about a concussion, and he still had a visible lump for several days.
I did mention this to staff, but due to a language barrier and the timing of our departure, changing rooms wasn’t practical.
After our stay, I contacted the hotel. While they were polite, they declined compensation and instead offered a future upgrade—which, as an international traveler, is not a meaningful resolution.
This was not just a matter of preference, but a safety issue that resulted in injury. I’m sharing this so future guests, especially families or taller individuals are aware.

Pros:

The price is on the higher side, but it reflects the quality of the service provided. The rooms are beautiful, elegant, and very clean, creating a comfortable and refined atmosphere. The complimentary minibar is a great touch, and guests are also provided with a reusable glass water bottle, which is a thoughtful and sustainable detail. Definitely a place worth returning to.

Et svært behagelig opphold
Pros:

Jeg var svært fornøyd med oppholdet. Frokosten var variert og av god kvalitet, med både ferske og smakfulle alternativer. Rommets interiør var moderne og innbydende, og komforten var meget god, spesielt sengen som bidro til en god natts søvn. Renholdet holdt et høyt nivå gjennom hele oppholdet. I tillegg var personalet imøtekommende, vennlige og profesjonelle, noe som gjorde opplevelsen enda bedre.
