Very nice hotel, wonderful staff and breakfast
Pros:

Very clean, the entire building appears very nice, well decorated. Breakfast excellent. Entire staff could not have been nicer. Every single person we encountered had a smile. Location to train station is good, little bit of a walk to major sites on other side of the river but definitely walkable.

Pros:

The proximity to the train station! We booked knowing that Lucerne was just a point to launch from everyday and visit the town in the evenings. Once we figured out that we should use the spiral walkway to/from the train station it cut our down our walking time. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of items to keep the whole family happy.

Don't hesitate to stay at Cascades
Pros:

The staff was super helpful, it was nice to have cold still water to refill in the lobby, we took advantage of the free bikes and although the location was close to the train station - the rooms were quiet, updated and brightly lit. Withing walkiing distance to Old Town and a visit to Old Town on a quiet evening is a must!

房间太小，床也太小，房子就是阁楼，还得留意头顶，周六周日价格比中国国内的总统套房还贵，是我住过的最贵的，性价比最低的酒店，如果可能建议不要住在luzern火车站，住wigi等

I had a pleasant stay and would come again and do recommend this boutique hotel.
Pros:

I only ate breakfast and it was good but not amazing considering the price.
The service was excellent. Amelia was extremely efficient and helpful. I noticed her multitasking and anticipating guests' needs before they even had to ask. Well done to her.
Reception staff were warm and welcoming.
I really liked the small touch of complimentary water bottles and the access to the water station in reception.
The hotel was close to the train station which was very handy for check out.

Cons:

As i was travelling alone on this occasion, the hotel was just a little bit too far from central area of restaurant/ bar activity for my liking. It would not have bothered me if i had company but i felt that i needed to be back at the hotel before it got too late since i was a female travelling alone. This was just a personal preference. It didn't feel unsafe, however.

Great staff and accomodations
Pros:

We had a great evening and stay with Cascada! Elena was helpful from our check-in, to making us dinner reservations too! She was a pleasure to work with.
