Enjoyed and would return again!
Pros:

The staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. They helped with last minute reservations and got us into the place we couldn't get into on our own. The room was nice - mattress itself was comfy. The location couldn't be bet for our short stay - so close to everything - good food, tourist sights, and the train station. Oh and a nice touch with the glass water bottles that were easily refillable with two types of water.

Cons:

Not much to dislike here. The bed sheets/duvet were a bit scratchy, and the pillows were odd-sized and a little lumpy. We sleep like prince/princess in our own bed so was hoping it would have been a bit more soft. But, the mattress was great!!

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Great location, lovely hotel with restaurant on the ground floor, comfortable bed and pillows, window that opened for fresh air, quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

My room (on this occasion) was small which was fine for one person but the bathroom was so compact that there was no space for my toiletries.

Pros:

Hotel molto bello camere pulite, dimensione giusta bagno ben atrezzato tutto molto bello il letto molto comodo e caldo staff gentile.

Cons:

Il prezzo della colazione decisamente eccessivo io e mio figlio abbiamo fatto colazione altrove, peccato!!!

I stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. If I have the chance to visit Lucerne again, I will definitely come back and stay here.

Pros:

Alles war tipptopp!
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die große Auswahl an frischen Brötchen, Säfte, Käse und Wurstwaren, sowie Lachs und Eierspeisen war wunderbar präsentiert und lecker. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben konnten… ;-)

Tolles Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück
Pros:

Hervorragendes Frühstück, welches auch das Highlight des Hotels ist. Gute Auswahl und tolle Qualität. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sauber. Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Durch die Innenstadtlage gibt es Verkehrslärm und die Hotelkparkplätze sind eng.
