Pleasant budget hotel
Pros:

Close to the bus from Argentina, close to bustling streets, it brought me closer to modern Mapuche culture. Bed was really comfortable, which is welcome if you're using Temuco for a transport link.

Cons:

It's a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. The hotel, like the rest of the city, is heated by fire. If you don't like that you should avoid Temuco as a whole.
