Pros:

La localisation est parfaite pour assister à un événement au Palais des Congrès.
Parking directement dans le palais des congrès.
L'accueil était cordial et très arrangeant.

Cons:

Décoration de la chambre d'un autre âge, surtout pour ce prix là. Sèche-cheveux cassé.
Salle de sport dans le noir, aucune fenêtre.
Certains membres du personnel ne parlent pas vraiment français...
Pas de room service digne de ce nom. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans des sachets en papier. Il a manqué des éléments de la commande à chaque fois.

Très bon séjour à Paris , mais malheureusement on ne retournera plus à Hyatt, dommage.
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, parking aux pieds de l’hôtel, le personnel très professionnel, le petit déjeuner très bien , bonne literie

L’infrastructure est vieillissant , la décoration des chambres très basique, l’équipement des chambres très pauvre, pas d’appareil à Nespresso,gobelets en carton pour des bâtonnets de café instantané !
Gobelets en carton dans la salle de bain,pas de kit de brosse à dents ,
Pas de sac laundry , pas de chausse pieds,
C’est très décevant pour un Hyatt regency Paris!

Pros:

The lotion was awesome, staff were friendly and welcoming. The arrival pickup was excellent - we skipped all the queues and received a true VIP treatment. The lady assisting us was also very pleasant and professional.

Cons:

The hotel, however, was a completely different story. My booking was cancelled due to a “no show,” even though my colleague had already informed them that we would be checking in late. It makes no sense that they pick us up from the airport, drop us at the hotel, and then tell us there was no room because our booking had been cancelled.

We had intentionally paid for an extra night since we were landing in the morning and didn’t want to wait until afternoon check-in. I originally booked 3 nights for €1546 for a high-floor room with club access. Because they cancelled and released our room, they reassigned us to a low-floor club access room — and charged me €1678 instead. On top of that, the room was extremely small for the price we were paying.

The food was overrated. DO NOT PAY FOR CLUB ACCESS — it is terrible. It’s just one tiny room that looks like a dormitory cafeteria, and the food selection is less than half of what’s available downstairs. In fact, the regular downstairs breakfast was far better. The club access offering was honestly pathetic.

For the departure pickup, the experience was terrible. One staff member was very professional, arrived on time, and escorted us through the process. The second staff member that was supposed to arrive together with him, was late. During baggage screening, he grabbed and yanked my bag off the tray without noticing that my iWatch was lying on top of it. My iWatch screen was cracked and he did not even apologise for it. The screen crack is going to cost more than the whole pick up service, terrible experience for me.

Cons:

Цена и качество вообще не соответствуют, попросил чтобы устранили недочеты в номере не закрывалась штора и таракан на стене, вообще без внимания. Воду тоже надо просить! Брал номер семейный сьют с размещением 5 человек, дали 2 спаренных номера. Номера очень маленькие!!! Локация скажу так себе ко всем достопримечательностям нужно добираться. В следующий раз вообще не буду рассматривать и для семейных поездок не рекомендую, позитива никакого
