Hotel grande com um excelente café da manhã muito gostoso... disse ao meu marido que vamos pegar ele por causa do café da manhã, cama muito boa .
Funcionários da recepção... achei muito perdidos me fizeram 2x a mesma cobrança da diária.. felizmente eu sempre olho meus extratos e lá estava 2 cobrança ... sendo que paguei 3 diárias em dinheiro e a quarta no cartão.. isso não é legal acontecer.. mandei email e depois se uns dias me reembolsaram.. obrigada

Séjour très agréable, avec une chambre surclassée et une vue (25ème étage) incroyable sur Paris et la Tour Eiffel. Déjà venu ici pour le travail, cette fois-ci c'est pour le plaisir.
Il y a juste une chose qui m'intrigue : pourquoi il y a tant de monde qui stationne sur les canapés dans le hall ? On dirait un hall de gare... J'ai du mal à comprendre l'intérêt pour ces gens (sont-ils clients ? certains sont même assoupis...), et pour l'hôtel, qui perd très clairement en prestige : c'est bruyant et gênant...
Heureusement on n'y passe que quelques minutes durant le séjour...

Wat een fantastisch verblijf bij het Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile! We waren hier ter gelegenheid van onze trouwdag en werden ontzettend warm en attent ontvangen. Als mooie verrassing kregen we een upgrade naar een prachtige kamer én mochten we genieten van twee glazen champagne in de Skybar. Een geweldig gebaar dat ons verblijf extra bijzonder heeft gemaakt.
De service was uitstekend en het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. In het bijzonder willen we Pauline bedanken voor haar persoonlijke aandacht en geweldige service. Zij heeft er mede voor gezorgd dat onze trouwdag een herinnering werd om nooit te vergeten.
Hartelijk dank aan het hele team van Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile voor deze fantastische ervaring. We komen heel graag nog eens terug! ❤️🥂
