The hotel is situated in a highly central area and has low traffic.
The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel was immaculate including our room. The location was conveniently located near the important sights of Paris but still tucked away on a quieter street. If you are after convenience away from home, Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel is the place to stay.
I clearly don’t think I would return to this hotel for a number of reasons.
Exceptional service. We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience!
We had breakfast at Sixtine restaurant at the Marriott. We had absolutely delightful service especially from Sawan. He was attentive and took very good care of us. I would dine again because of his pleasantness.
Rahman is so sweet and friendly. He made our stay very comfortable. We love his smile 😁 it creates a very good atmosphere in your prestigious hotel, Marriott. He is surely an asset to your company.
We also commend Elizer and Francis. They are both very accommodating, kind, and helpful to all of us guests.

Amazing location, central to all the sites. Beautiful hotel and all staff were so accomodating.
The friendly people at the Paris Opera Ambassador Hotel went out of their way to make sure my daughter's stay was special. I called to let them know that she was checking in that afternoon and told them it was her birthday. Nisira in Guest Services had chocolates and champagne sent to the room with a birthday note from the family who couldn't be there in person. My daughter was touched Thank you to you all for making my daughter's birthday extra special!
The service at the hotel is top notch from Anoot at the concierge desk to Rahman and the restaurant team.

Diaguily was our server at breakfast and he was warm and professional.
Hotel was well located and rooms are very comfortable. I am a titanium member and a room upgrade was provided and I was also provided with lounge access and breakfast at the main dining hall or lounge. This is also one of the few Marriotts in Paris with a lounge.
Ac was also strong enough in the middle of the heatwave and I really appreciated it. The breakfast quality was decent but not as varied as the other Marriotts in Europe. Staff was kind and friendly esp the front desk manager and breakfast staff Linh. Had a very nice conversation with her on life in Paris. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a central location in Paris.

I had a delightful four-night stay at the end of July 2026 in the Marriott Paris Ambassador Hotel. My room had a very comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, and good TV with a wide selection of channels, including YouTube, which I appreciated. The very friendly staff in this hotel, so centrally located in Paris, greatly added to my comfort. Breakfast and evening food service in the Executive Lounge were great!
The staff were so sweet and helpful before and during our stay. The rooms were great. The bartender and bellhops were all so nice. Great. GC location for visiting Paris! Doesn’t feel too touristy but easy enough to get to Montmartre or the main attractions. We would definitely stay here again!
