Always Wonderful

Solid stay with great service
Pros:

Comfy rooms. Solid service especially at breakfast and at the bar in the evening.

Amisha and Alex at the bar are great. They make excellent drinks and are brilliant people. Would return just to drink at the bar if they are there.

During breakfast, Rahman & Tess always ensured everything was in order. Ravi’s omelettes are excellent.

For what it is, it’s a good hotel. There are more luxurious hotels with superior facilities in Paris, including a few in the Marriott portfolio but for location, cost and service that goes beyond expectations, it’s a solid choice.

Great Paris Hotel
Pros:

Another great stay at the Marriott Paris Opera Ambassador. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing especially with being so close to many metro lines. Very comfortable room. Outstanding service from all employees. Thank you to Kishor in the Executive Lounge for always providing excellent service.

ANNIVERSARY IN PARIS

We absolutely LOVED PARIS MARRIOTT OPERA AMBASSADOR HOTEL. First, the LOCATION is prime. We wanted to be in Paris, but not close to the routine tourist attractions. We were able to walk to the mall, cafes, museums, etc. The PRICE is agreeable and well worth it. The EXECUTIVE LOUNGE, RESTAURANT, and BAR are all superb. Our bar drinks were fantastic. The omelette station (chef) is amazing. The team in the Executive Lounge were awesome. The Lounge offers breakfast and dinner so were able to save on our food budget. It was a lovely surprise to sit in the Lounge to enjoy food, wine, beer, dessert and have the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur as our view - such an amazing treat. We never had a bad meal at the hotel; or any place we dined while in Paris. CLEAN ROOMS - housekeeping does an outstanding job. The HOTEL STAFF took great care of us - front desk, concierge, guest relations, maintenance....EVERYONE WAS WONDERFUL. We really did not want to leave such a beautiful place and even more amazing people. PARIS MARRIOTT OPERA AMBASSADOR will definitely see us again! Thanks Team for an amazing stay; and thank you for making our anniversary a memorable one.

Business meeting - central location.
Pros:

Excellent central location in Paris. Organised a business event with meeting space, overnight accommodation and food.
Meeting room had views of Eiffel Tower, which a bonus.
Very good and supportive organisation. Rooms are lovely. Food in restaurants and the meeting rooms was excellent.
Location is brilliant for Galeries LaFayette and Gard du Nord and everything you want to see is an easy comfortable walk. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place to spend a romantic vacation in Paris!
Pros:

My husband and I spent an incredible three nights in this hotel and did not want to leave. From the incredible room we had (with a view of the Eiffel Tour), to the super friendly and attentive staff this hotel was the highlight of our European vacation.

The hotel has been recently renovated and it shows. It’s gorgeous! The M-Club on the top floor is the nicest one I’ve seen at any Marriott. It has incredible views of the city including the Eiffel Tower and the Basilica in Monmarte. We couldn’t believe the spread they put out in the mornings and evenings either.

We ended up getting room service one evening as we decided to skip our dinner reservation and walk around instead. The food was great! In fact, the chocolate mouse was so good we had to order it each night we were there. Shout out to Sharon who we saw each night with a smiling face and amazing service!

The location is perfect too! Just a short walk to Monmarte along with the museums and fabulous shopping just a few blocks away.

This hotel checks every box! Cannot wait to return to Paris and stay here again.

The world needs more Ermo
Pros:

Service upon entering hotel was perfect. Especially Ermo at the front desk. If you want to know how to do customer service follow his lead. It didn’t stop there. The team in the lounge, the concierge all were fantastic.

When you travel a lot it’s nice to know there are people like Ermo who want to make your day that much better.

I’ll definitely be back!

Our family just celebrated our daughter's college graduation in Paris, and I can't recommend this property enough. Yes, the location is great! Yes, they have fine amenities! Yes, the pricing is reasonable! BUT----most of all, the STAFF is amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful, particularly Dylan at the concierge desk; he really went out of his way to help us find anything! Please, in Paris, stay here!

A wonderful property in a terrific location with great service
Pros:

My daughter and I stayed at the Marriott Opera Ambassador during our recent mother/daughter trip to Paris, and the experience was truly wonderful from start to finish.

The team took such thoughtful care of us. We were surprised with a room upgrade when we arrived, along with a sweet welcome gift that made us feel immediately at home. The service throughout our stay was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind.

One of the highlights was the concierge lounge, which was exceptional. We found ourselves there every day, whether for breakfast before heading out to explore, an apéro in the evening, or just a quiet place to relax in the afternoon after a full day of shopping and sightseeing.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, but what really makes it special is the people and the level of care they show their guests. It has become one of my favorite hotels in Paris, and I would happily stay there again.
