If you would like to use any of The Garden Spa facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room or sauna, pre-booking a treatment is required. This tranquil space is extremely popular, with a maximum of eight users allowed at a time, and treatments may be booked several weeks in advance.
Children aged 15 years and below are not allowed to use the swimming pool and spa.
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 per dog, per night applies.

The location is lovely and the grounds are absolutely stunning
The lady that checked us in was very rude and we almost felt like we were an inconvenience to her. The room was outdated and run down the doors were rotten and the bed was quite small and uncomfortable. The breakfast is very disappointing although the staff in the pub were great
Loved the room by the river, clean and the staff were lovely. Food was lovely at the old swan
The fan didnt give us the coolness we needed.
Te staff were helpful but housekeeping was a debacle. Never really experience the joy of seeing anyone in charge from a manager stand point.
The tables outside on the terrace were never cleaned properly and glass ware and drinks were lie outside for hours. Housekeeping was a debacle. Service in the bar restaurant was slow and seemed people really were not sure who was doing doing what.
Wildlife conservation and meadows and of course the Chess set and trout stream

Thought I’d booked at Minster Mill and was given a room in the old Swan. Not what we expected.
Very old, no facilities for charging phones near the beds.
Shower over bath. Difficult for older guests.
Area was amazing.

The setting is beautiful
There were several problems with the room - blocked drain, safe not working. Both reported but nothing done about them. The room wasn’t serviced on Saturday until we reported it on our return on Saturday afternoon.
