Siamo stati dal 4 al 7 Aprile 2026. Questa è la quarta volta ( le prime tre prima della ristrutturazione) che ci andiamo perché sempre affascinati già dalla prima volta. Lo considero tra i primi 10 Hotel al mondo preferiti che ho frequentato. L'emozione arrivandoci è impagabile e la stessa è stata ogni volta; l'imponente cancello di accesso al parco che lo circonda fino ad abbracciare l'impeto dell'oceano sottostante, da subito l'idea di approdare in un luogo incantevole. Subito appare l'imponenza elegante, raffinata e superba che solo una "regina" poteva concedersi una tale "residenza estiva" e che ora fa quasi sentire anche noi tali. Accoglienza, servizio, raffinatezza, classe ne confermano il vero valore che tutto l'insieme ha. Un accenno particolare all'inimitabile ristorante La Rotonde, spazioso, austero, elegantissimo e raffinato. La facciata, tutta vetrata, si affaccia maestosa sul mare. Il menu gastronomico è reso ancora più apprezzabile grazie al personale che lo spiega e lo serve con grande professionalità ed eleganza. Camere molto raffinate, noi avevamo una junior suite vista Oceano, impeccabile. Ottima la SPA e bellissima la piscina interna con relativa zona relax. Senza alcun dubbio ci ritorneremo, forse ancora quest'anno.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel du Palais Biarritz from April 25 to 26, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end.
This is not simply a hotel, but a truly iconic and historic property, combining elegance, luxury, and a unique atmosphere. Without doubt, it is one of the finest — if not the finest — hotels in Biarritz and the surrounding region.
The facilities are outstanding, the setting is magnificent, and the sense of history throughout the property makes the stay very special. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were remarkable: professional, attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming.
A very special thank you to Nassima and Christine for their exceptional kindness and hospitality. Their care made our stay even more memorable.
If there is one area with room for improvement, it would be the restaurant and overall food quality, which could be elevated further to fully match the extraordinary level of the hotel.
Overall, a superb and unforgettable stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this legendary property.
