Un hotel da sogno a picco sull’oceano.
Pros:

La struttura è meravigliosa. Un hotel da sogno a picco sull’oceano. Servizi impeccabili, camere spaziose e lussuosamente rifinite. Da provare!

Cons:

I servizi extra sono un po’ troppo costosi. Ma tutto sommato in una struttura del genere te lo aspetti.

Pros:

Es un Hotel emblemático que hemos estado varias veces. No obstante este año no nos ha gustado.

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron contaba con una ducha estrecha y resbaladiza. Somos personas de una cierta edad.
Estuvimos en un par de restaurantes bien pero el desayuno está servido por una mezcla de personal con experiencia y otra que no y se nota.
Por el precio que tienes y siendo socio de HYATT me da la impresión que el hotel no está a la altura de lo que estos hoteles representa.
La puntuación que tiene global de 9.5 me permito dudar de la forma de cálculo.

Pros:

This was a beautiful historic hotel with a great location. We were under-impressed with the actual room given the price. But having said that - the service was phenomenal and the amenities were great.

Exceptional Service from Alvaro – Above and Beyond
Pros:

Alvaro was exceptional and made our stay at the Hôtel du Palais unforgettable.

Despite a small hiccup at the start, he quickly turned things around, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Warm, professional, and attentive, he clearly cared about our experience.

Nothing was too much trouble, and his attention to detail and service were outstanding—exactly what you expect from a hotel of this calibre, if not better.

As long-time guests of over ten years, we know staff like Alvaro are what make the hotel so special. He transformed a potentially disappointing start into a wonderful stay.

A real credit to the Hôtel du Palais and Hyatt, he deserves full recognition for his excellent service.

Thank you, Alvaro, for making our stay so memorable.

A wonderful 2 night stay in this gorgeous hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful, opulent charm. Excellent location and views. Warm and professional staff. Excellent concierge. Delicious dining at their gastronomic restaurant and Sunset restaurant. Comfortable and very clean. Very thoughtful supply of special glasses to view the eclipse.

Cons:

Slow room turndown but to be expected on busiest days of the year!

Cons:

The room itself was comfortable and pleasant, but I was genuinely disappointed with the shower. It was incredibly small to the point that I could barely move inside it. There was also virtually no space to place a toiletry or bath bag, which made the whole shower experience quite uncomfortable and inconvenient.

For a hotel of this level and reputation, I honestly expected a much more spacious and practical bathroom. The shower was a significant disappointment and, in my opinion, does not reflect the standard I would expect from Hôtel du Palais.

The amazing Hotel du Palais
Pros:

Extraordinary location and atmosphere. The hotel is really a piece of art and the rooms with ocean view are incredibly beautiful and large, everything is super clean and crisp. The entire staff is super friendly and very helpful. Overall an incredible experience that will stay with us for a lifetime.
