L'accueil et le service du personnel. La literie et le standing de la suite.

Cons:

Le contenant gel douche, shampoing sont dorénavant dans des contenants volumineux et fixés ce qui n'est réellement pas convenable pour un établissement de ce standing. Petit déjeuner décevant, qualité des viennoiseries de mauvaise qualité par rapport à me 2 dernières venues dans cet établissement.

Pros:

Перед поездкой много отзывов прочитала и согласна во всем! Расположение, персонал, чистота- все на самом высоком уровне!

Cons:

Обслуживание возле бассейна :(. Долго не можешь заказать и затем долго все приносят, а то и вовсе забывают. Но там же можно за дополнительную ( серьезную) плату можно расположиться в кабане. Свой душ, туалет, стол, диван , комната ( реально все очень удобно). Вот тогда все быстро!
В ресторане отмечали др на ротонде. Все горячие блюда принесли холодными. Не хотелось портить себе праздник, но за такую цену, должны следить за этим.

Picture-Perfect Setting, Truly Exceptional Service
Pros:

I have stayed at many luxurious, top-tier hotels, and this one easily ranks among the very best I have experienced to date. The location and the building itself are superb. Truly beautiful and picture-perfect in every sense.

However, what makes me write this review... something I'm not naturally inclined to do... is to leave a record of the outstanding quality of the service. The team attending the breakfast area were exceptionally kind, attentive and gracious in the care they showed us, making each breakfast experience a real pleasure. (We dealt with 4-5 different people, and they were all equally nice, attentive and professional.)

Equally deserving of praise are the front desk staff we interacted with during our stay. From Ms. Amandine, who took such wonderful care of us upon our arrival, to everyone else we encountered, all were consistently welcoming, helpful and professional, setting the tone from the very first moment.

We couldn't be more happy and grateful, thanks for a wonderful stay!

Emplacement et le service voiturier

Cons:

La restauration au bar a présenté une défaillance notable sur la qualité des produits, jambon ibérique et fromage sont médiocres, contrairement au 26 décembre lors de notre dernier passage.
La chambre 313 avec ses portes communicantes est angoissante, surtout quand le voisin a cherché d'ouvrir la porte, volontairement ou involontairement.
Le robinet d'eau chaude de la douche est défectueuse.

Fantástica ubicación, en el centro de Biarritz, y muy cerca de la playa. Personal encantador e instalaciones de ensueño. A destacar la profesionalidad y amabilidad de Tèa, en recepción, que, desde el momento en que llegamos al hotel, nos hizo sentir como en casa.
