La hubicacion y el edificio

La habitación , el inodoro lejos del baño sin bidet ni bañera
Las ventanas minúsculas pese a estar vista mar
No había espejos en la habitación ni en vestidor
La circulaculacion vertical pésima hasta 10 minutos espere ascensor
El restaurante principal no tenía lugar para ningún turno a pesar que estaba casi vacío

Traumhaftes Hotel, das im Serviceniveau leider enttäuscht

Toller historischer Palast direkt am Meer.
Hervorragendes Frühstück in atemberaubender Ambiance.

Cons:

Der Gästeservice ist quasi inexistent und bleibt weit unter dem Niveau vergleichbarer 5 Sterne Häuser.
-Koffer müssen alleine aufs Zimmer gebracht werden.
-Gebrauchte Kaffeetassen bleiben schmutzig im Zimmer stehen
-Das Guerlain-Imperial SPA entpuppt sich als Kinderplanschbecken
