Cons:

We were in room 135, a junior suite. My wife says this must have been designed by a man! There is no plug socket near a mirror to assist someone blow drying their hair. There are no sockets in the dressing area. I suggest you put a mirror in the bedroom area!

Maybe the real Biarritz experience
Pros:

Our three nights at the Hotel du Palais were exceptional in every way. We cannot recommend this experience highly enough. If you can get a room with ocean view go for it! We have been to Biarritz on a number on a number of occasions but this was our first time in this hotel. It was throughly enjoyable from beginning to end.

Не понравилось то что на Booking намеренно бронировала номер с видом на море, а оказалось что это частичный вид.

Администратор в ресторане Ротонда абсолютная невежда и хамка. Может женоненавистница. Я отмечала одна свой юбилей и предварительно забронировала стол на свой праздник. Она пыталась усадить меня, соврав, что все столы, которые были на первой линии, заняты. Официант Пол спас ситуацию. Осадок от этого инцидента был сильным. Особенно после трех безупречных дней в отеле.
