La propreté , chambre 167, il a dû y avoir un dégât des eaux, avec littéralement des traces de coulées de je n’ose imaginer sur le eau du mur et sur le bâtant de la porte … des traces sur la moquette, les meubles non nettoyés …
La fréquentation de l’établissement laisse à désirer … c’est pourtant indiqué à l’entrée que la piscine est exclusivement réservé aux clients de l’établissement … on se retrouve avec des personnes qui passent par le parking … parking privilégié apparemment pour les séminaires et non pour les clients à qui on remet une carte et qui payent plus de 25€ par jour de parking … ça se dégrade fortement , après 4 séjours je pense que s’était mon dernier dans l’établissement, sans compter que le Check in se fait à 16H (relativement tard) et qu’on nous laisse encore patienter 1H avant d’avoir la chambre, moyennant 1 boisson …

Pros:

Personnel super , attentionné. L'hôtel est canon et le petit déjeuner contient des produits de qualités notamment du miel provenant du miel des rois qui ont des miels français d'exception. Le personnel a toujours tout fait pour me faciliter les choses.
Merci pour ce séjour. J'ai hâte de revenir y séjourner.

Sonnige Tage in einer schönen, vielleicht überdesignten Anlage mit kleinen Schwächen.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage, hier haben sich ein paar Designer austoben dürfen. Die Anordnung von Gängen und Liften (in einem ist die Rezeption auf Ebene 4, in einem anderen auf 3) ist etwas verwirrend, aber nach zwei Nächten beginnt man sich zurechtzufinden. Der Salzwasser-Pool ist toll, der Blick aufs Meer ebenso. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Auch das Restaurant bietet einen schönen Blick. Gelingt es, das Personal auf sich aufmerksam zu machen, bekommt man auch etwas zu essen - und das gut.

Cons:

Eines der beiden Zimmer war um 16.30 Uhr noch nicht frei. Wir kamen allerdings am Sonntag an und da gibt's Late Check Out bis 15 Uhr. Es gibt offene Bars und durchaus auch Personal. Will man allerdings nicht verdursten, muss man sich bemerkbar machen und Eigeninitiative zeigen. Die Kellner dürften im Gast günstigstenfalls Dekoration sehen und wollen eigentlich nicht belästigt werden.
