de locatie is ideaal gelegen vlak bij de zee, dijk, winkelstraat, lokale markten, eet en drinkgelegenheden.

Cons:

verlichting in de badkamer was maar zwak (niet licht genoeg) , zeer onhandige toegang tot de douche door het toilet dat voor de toegang tot de douche staat,
