Fantastic location and lovely staff
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in a great location, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring. The hotel was clean, well maintained and had good facilities. The terrace bar was a real highlight, with a lovely atmosphere and a great place to unwind. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

You have to book in advance for the spa and it’s an additional cost (by the hour).

Would not like to repeat our stay there .
Pros:

The property location is good , the reason we chose it . The food was good .

Cons:

The Junior Suite was totally not good . The AC did not work . We could not sleep there as the hotel could do nothing about it . As we had two more rooms we had to share the bed with our Son .
Also the Room Service was poor as no one picked up our used trays for 2 days which kept lying outside our room .
The Flush too was not working properly .
The bathroom hot water was not upto the standards required .
The services in general were poor .

Great location, lovely helpful staff.

Cons:

Bathrooms have no extractor so steams up very quickly. Difficult to keep water from the shower in the bath due to no screen. Breakfast was nice but no English breakfast tea!

Frokosten var veldig bra! Sengene var gode! Veldig bra renhold!
De ansatte var så hyggelige og hjelpsomme!
Veldig fint hotell! Hadde rom med utsikt mot sjø og strandpromenade!
Litt støy nattestid fra trafikk og festglade mennesker!

Cons:

Det er jeg usikker på… Har faktisk ikke noe å klage på!
Måtte i så fall være trafikkstøyen.

初めてニースに泊まりましたが、全てにおいて完璧でした。部屋からは海が一望でき、まるで映画を眺めているようでした、朝食はシンプルながら、非常に美味しく、とくにpain au chokolaとChausson aux pommeはいけました。スタッフのサービスも親切で丁寧でした。

Auf NIE Wiedersehen!
Cons:

1. Unhöfliches und unmotiviertes Personal an der Rezeption, besonders Herr Rizou. Dieser Rezeptionist kennt nur die Wörter "NEIN" und "NICHT MÖGLICH".
2. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer auf min. +23 zentral eingestellt, während in den öffentlichen Räumen des Hotel die Thermometer auf man. +21 sind. Korrekturen seitens Hotel waren nicht möglich. Siehe Punkt 1.
3. Die Zimmer sind renovationsbedürftig! Drin riecht muffig.
4. Schimmel an der Wänden im Bad und das bei 4**** Hotel!!!!
5. Wasser aus der Dusche fliesst kaum. Sparmassnahmen auf Kosten vom Kunde?..
6. Schlechte Isolierung von Fenstern Richtung Hauptstrasse. Lärm im Zimmer, besonders in der Nacht. Keine Ohropax seitens 4**** Hotels vorhanden. Siehe Punkt 1.
7. Tee und Kaffee werden nur am ersten Tag aufgefüllt. in Tagen danach muss man selber immer wieder das Bedürfnis nach Getränken bei der Rezeption melden.
8. Unterdurchschnittliches Frühstück für 4**** Hotel mit gesperrten Ein- und Ausgang zum Frühstücksraum.

FAZIT: Überteuerte Preise für die Übernachtung in diesem Hotel!!! JS im August für 704.- Euro pro Nacht für all dies Mängel ist eine Zumutung dem Gast gegenüber. Wenn man vorher das Geld ans Hotel überwiesen hat, füllt man sich im ****Hotel mit diesem miserablen Service nicht willkommen und würde am liebsten schnell Heim gehen um sich von 4**** zu erholen.
