Pros:

Great location, excellent facilities and impeccable service throughout our stay. A special thank you to the reception staff, who were exceptionally friendly, courteous and always willing to help with any request. Their professionalism and warmth made us feel truly welcome. Во-первых, у моего ребенка был день Рождения и я хотела бы поблагодарить весь персонал, которые помогли мне с организацией небольшого праздника!
А во-вторых, почитав ниже отзывы, хотела бы обозначить несколько деталей, опровергающие их- халаты и тапочки есть всегда. Вода есть и комнатной температуры и холодная в холодильнике. Про крючки в ванной я, может, не обращала никогда внимания, но есть же держатели для полотенец над ванной и халатов на стене.. подушки двух видов, дополнительное одеяло по запросу. По поводу шума с улицы- возможно, но шум моря заглушает, если жить с окнами, выходящими на море . Уборка отличная.

В этом отеле я себя чувствую очень комфортно. Уже ни раз оставляю отзыв и не боюсь повториться. Чистейшая постель, отличная уборка (по утрам никто не беспокоит, что тоже важно), локация и, конечно же, персонал (я вас люблю) Спасибо за всё!!

A Besutiful & Confortable Place to Stay!
Pros:

Beautiful building, the decor, the architecture ceiling Fresnos and furniture selection in the reception areas were eye-catching! The hotel is on a beautiful scenic location and very centrally located; across the street from the beach, and within walking distance of a multitude of shopping boutiques and as many restaurants as your heart may desire!
Most of all the rooms were relatively spacious and the beds slept very comfortably! When we were finally able to have.breakfast, it was very good!

Cons:

When we checked in, we were told Breakfast was from 7 to 11 AM, but when we got to breakfast at 10:35 the next morning, we were abruptly told that breakfast was closed; we tried to explain about being given a different time, but the woman was so rude, we knew it was pointless.

Pros:

This hotel was very beautiful! The bathroom was one of the most beautiful bathrooms ive ever seen. Nice France was breathtaking . Well be back !

Cons:

If i had to choose something and this would be nit picking, the water didnt seem hot enough and the shower was not closed in so water gets everywhere.
