We have booked a suite in this hotel costing well over £2000. We kindly asked the hotel to adjust dates and time of arrival due to circumstances beyond our control. We have not been able to do anything. The hotel won’t help us. We stay in world class hotels like The Ritz to many Four Seasons hotels worldwide. We are really upset and disappointed with this hotel. One of us has health problems and this appalling service has really not helped us. Two very upset customers.

Broyant malgré le double vitrage, lorsque j’ai été changé de chambre pour une chambre rénovée à 1er étage (la 1ere était au 3ème étage) avec certainement de meilleures fenêtres, le problème fut réglé

La salle de bains vraiment petite pour ce type d’hôtel et la piscine intérieure accessible uniquement en payant 35€ par personne pour 1 heure alors que le prix de la chambre est déjà cher
Le lieu était très bien, la chambre virement agréable, le restaurant et le spa super
Dans le restaurant, les chaises, il faut y mettre des patins :( cela fait beaucoup de bruit quand les clients se lèvent
Ainsi que la douche dans la chambre 231, il y a un jour donc l’eau passe obligé de mettre deux serviettes au sol pour ne pas en avoir de partout
