la demande à l'accueil de ma carte bancaire pour récupérer 100 euros de caution. Je pense anormale de demander de récupérer directement tous les chiffres de ma carte plutôt que de laisser le client faire l'opération seul.

Chambre très spartiate, heureusement j'étais seule. Beaucoup de bruits dans la cour mais l'hôtel n'est pas responsable du manque de respect des gens.
