Sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, sind zufrieden. Zimmer schön und sauber. Frühstück war gut, hat eigentlich nichts wichtiges gefehlt. Personal war immer nett und professionell.

Cons:

"Nicht Gefallen" ist übertrieben, eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen. Das Bad ist halt etwas eng, aber sonst passt alles.

Great location, staff were very nice and helpful! Rooms are nice overall and AC worked well which is important for a trip in the summer in Rome.

Cons:

The bathroom is in need for a cosmetic renovation, and the hotel seems to have some renovated and some old parts.

Cons:

Parcheggio a 150 metri dal hotel. Accoglienza abbastanza piatta, orientata piu alla accoglienza dei gruppi che al singolo.

Attentive and courteous concierge
Pros:

The hotel’s concierge, Michele, was extremely helpful in resolving my problem posting a letter. I had been to a post office and two other shops (which were supposed to sell stamps, but didn’t). I spoke to Michele and explained this and he said he would handle it. He personally found a post office, paid the postage and sent it. He then took a photo of the letter as a receipt and gave me change from the money I’d given him for this purpose.
Michele went above my expectations in assisting me in this task! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

Muy recomendado, volveria nuevamente.
Pros:

La ubicacion excelente, la habitacion muy bonita, el desayuno es bueno y los meseros amables.

Cons:

La puerta de la ducha hace que el agua se salga mientras uno se bana, el desayuno le falta mas variedad.

Cons:

Номер 18 м2 вместо 22-23 м2. Вид во двор в не на город. На завтраке из за официантки два дня было некомфортно.
