Lovely & quiet
Pros:

Loads of parking
Lovely facilities
Got upgraded without asking
It was a lovely location for us. Just outside of Swansea but close enough to have access to travel to central.

Cons:

The main light in outside the bathroom wasn’t working. If we were staying longer we would’ve let people know but it didn’t affect our stay

Wasn’t value for money at all, needs radically modernising top to bottom.
Pros:

Staff were amazing. Reception to bar area is nice and modern. I had a view over the lake which was nice…

Cons:

Outside is very dated. I had an upstairs room and the upstairs hallways are very dated, looks like the down stairs was modernised recently. The room was very dated also, although very spacious, floor boards creaking everywhere! I felt sorry for whoever was staying bellow me every step.

Shabby hotel standard in places , filthy stained carpets & furniture in bedroom, toilet cistern handles falling apart. Corridors being repainted . Shocking state of repair in bedroom - at least bed was clean. Food offer limited and poor quality . Taxi service from desk didn’t work.
This was a business trip and one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in., Expensive poor value for money.,

Great shower / below average room, but nice staff
Pros:

Water pressure was great in the shower.
Bar area was ok and staff very nice and polite.

Cons:

Room was disappointing, dated, most chrome items had rust, and bath was a state paint missing, bed uncomfortable (guess thats just preference) carpet dirty.
Water pressure great though.
Theres work being done in the corridors and my room was in the mix of that, would have been better off closing those rooms down.
Breakfast wasnt great.
