Restaurant meal was excellent, room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful.
Phoned for a sandwich at 22:55, was told food was finished for the night, eventhough information in the room implied soup and sandwiches were available 24hr.
Great location for our golf tour, excellent staff and facilities. Great breakfast and a good well stocked bar for the evening.
Nothing
The staff were amazing, from reception, cleaners, waitresses, bar staff, maintenance, chef. Very friendly, informative, helpful. The food was very good quality and well presented and there was plenty of it. The hotel was very clean, tidy, well maintained.

Good hotel in suburban/businesss area of Swansea so convenient with car
Slow checkin as the one receptionist had to deal with complication for another customer and no backup to process others arrriving.
Staff and facilities are good. In a very quite location
Room to warm. Property could do with updating.
The start were brilliant
Nothing
I stayed at this hotel for five weeks while attending a work course, travelling home at weekends. Throughout my stay the room was always spotless and very well maintained.
The staff were fantastic from start to finish, friendly, professional, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was excellent, always beautifully presented and cooked to perfection.
Staying for such a long period, I expected there might be the odd dip in service, but the standards remained consistently high the entire time. I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
5 Stars for a very simple reason. - I left my laptop and bag in my room when I checked out in the morning. I came back in the evening to see if it had been handed in. The team couldn't find it, but I got a phone-call 3 days later saying they had actually found it. The fact that they kept looking meant a lot to me - the bag was a gift from a departed friend and I was more gutted at losing the bag than the laptop. A courier is now returning it.
The team is very friendly, and they took my issue seriously. Oh .. .and the hotel is a great space to stay for business visits as well :-)
Not bad
Dogs allowed in the hotel and you can clearly see the dog mess on my floor even though attempts made to try and get rid of it.
Should designate certain rooms for people with dogs only
The reception staff are very welcoming and friendly. It's close to the train station. The open fire when I arrived was very welcome and gave the entrance a cosy feel.
There wasn't a lift. The facilities are very tired and run down. The carpet was stained, the plastic vanity unit in the bathroom was marked and the bathroom was very old and tired in general. The bed was old and very squeaky.
The hotel is nicely styled. It feels a little more premium than a Premier Inn and the bar area was warm and comfortable. The guy who staffed the bar was really good at his job - full marks.
The pillows were not great - two of them were too bulky and one was too thin. The soap and shampoo dispensers (attached to the walls) gave out a thin spray of liquid and the plug in the sink didn't fit properly so the water drained away before so I could shave. The breakfast was underwhelming. The cold buffet offered a meat choice of chorizo, some German type salami and some rather tired looking ham, the glasses for fruit juice were tiny and the pastries were a choice of some small croissants or tiny pain au raisans. The cooked breakfast was limited and not particularly well cooked. The corridors were full of peeling wallpaper and unpainted plaster.
