Comfortable stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was available early and was well set out with good quality food and choice. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

No lift made it very difficult to carry luggage to the second floor, especially with painful knees. The room was cold and the heater although plugged in and on full was not emitting any warmth. The Wi-Fi was intermittent, which was very frustrating as I was trying to complete written reports during the evening.

They didn't give us clean towels for our second night. The key card didnt work properly, we had to keep going back to reception to get it fixed

Ideal location to get to the liberty stadium
Pros:

Check was quick and as the room was ready we was allowed to check in early. Breakfast was also nice in the morning.

Cons:

There was no Gluten free sausages available for breakfast. most sausages are now GF so swapping them to gluten free would be a positive.

Nice hotel great location for us. Electric charging would be great.
Pros:

Staff and location.

Cons:

Bottle of water was opened and a little gone, no soap in the shower and the toilet was leaking when flushed. I did let reception know of these on checkout.

Good layout, clean and tidy, show the care about the hotel as repainting the hallways.

Cons:

Food was not good, 4* hotel and serving a menu that most of it was either using a microwave or fryer, nothing creative or eye-catching that you expect to see from a 4* hotel.
