Pros:

Very comfortable room. Very clean. Free parking

Cons:

The hotel was a bit out of the way but it was easy to get an uber in to town and back. The price worked out the same as if we had stayed in the centre and not needed a taxi.

Very accommodating staff. Comfortable beds.
Pros:

We stayed at the Mercure Swansea as we were attending a wedding there. The reception and bar staff were beyond amazing. I couldn’t fault a single one of them. They were so helpful, welcoming, friendly and catered to our every need. They were very accommodating. The bedroom was your standard hotel room. The bed was comfortable and I slept the night. The request a cot for our little girl and it was all set up when we arrived. They even put a sheet on the mattress of the cot which I really appreciated.

Cons:

The only negative I can really say is the price. For a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids & a baby) the price was £220. We had the children go home for the night with their grandparents as we just couldn’t afford to pay that price. But for 2 adults & a baby it was £90.90

Great value for money, decent hotel
Pros:

Location great, rooms great and clean. Big. Shampoo was lovely.

Cons:

On check in the card didn't work had to walk back down and go again (was furthest room possible)

Breakfast was amazing but Andrea was unwelcoming ignoring us and abrupt, must have been a bad day.
Food was great and everyone else super friendly.
