Not a lot of hanging space or drawer storage.
The bar and breakfast areas were nice (and have air con!). Breakfast was good. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They get 5 stars for service!
Our room was stiflingly hot despite two fans provided. No air con would make this hotel a last resort for any future summer stay by us. The room looked like it had been designed in the 80’s. Only one plug near the bed. Even the placement of the kettle wasn’t near a plug! The window would barely open, but the view was nice. Curtains kept closed because of the afternoon heat.

Unusual location - business park area. It worked for me because it is close to my home village.
The hotel has a wonderful lake just behind. Great for dog owners and there is an excellent outdoor gym for exercise.
Located on an industrial park and too far to walk into Swansea.
Location a bit industrial, did not have breakfast.

It was a hot day and there no air con or shade in the outside areas. At points it was very uncomfortable
The staff were super nice, professional and friendly. The food was excellent.
There was no air-conditioning which made the stay extremely hot and sweaty, plus the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work and along with no Aircon made the bathroom unbearable. We plan to come to Swansea on a regular basis but feel we can't stay here until they fix the Aircon and extractor fans.
Well positioned just outside of town but within decent access to amenities.
No AirCon insole of the hottest days in the year.
