Clean bedlinen and clean bathroom
Every door in the hotel is fitted with industrial strength springs which means at night all you hear is severe door banging; their is no insulation between rooms, so you can listen to neighbours relieve themselves and listen to people wandering up and down the corridor talking about their day or their plans for tomorrow, no muffled voices here; Breakfast is £12 per person, please avoid like the plague

Clean room comfy beds nice and quiet.
Staff friendly and very helpful on reception.
Cutlery at mealtimes not particularly clean,no condiments available on the tables for snack/bar meals. Having trollied kitchen supplies brought through the food area during breakfast.
İt was particularly bad,I thought, to see a member of the kitchen staff one evening, taking food from the buffet and eating from the plate en route to the kitchen!!.
Entrance windows were very dirty and the revolving door handle broke as soon as it was touched .

Per trovare locali dove mangiare/ fare spesa bisogna camminare 10-15 minuti.
My partner had been really stressed about out stay due to having had read many bad reviews and even went as far as stripping all the bed covers and mattress topper and everything to check for any signs is stains or bed bugs etc but it was all clean and well maintained, and the only smell was of somekinda citrus scented cleaning agent. We had 3 clean towels each provided, and tea, coffee and milk pouches provided along with 2 shortbreads which were a nice touch. There even was an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe, which we didn’t use, but a nice idea. It was also suprisingly quiet, possibly because of all the fire doors and being at the very end room in the basement. Was a bit worried it may be stuffy there as some comments suggested, but it seemed sufficiently ventilated in our opinion and even had a fan in the room for cooling down if wished for it. Soaps(both liquid and solid), cups, glasses were also provided. Location was also very good, right next to many beautiful places we wanted to go see. All in all, happy with our stay and wouldn’t mind staying there again.
Some of the terms and conditions was made to sign for came off as rather scary. And if wanted to be extremely picky, then i guess i could complain about the little bit if water damage to the bathroom unit right next to the bath/shower or the few black remnants in some of the silicone, but you can tell they have been cleaned, only way to remedy that would be removing and replacing the silicone all together. We also managed to get a little lost trying to find our room in the first place, the place is like a maze, but it is signposted, we just managed to miss one of them and go the wrong way. No harm done though. My partner did complain about the door in the corridor being opened to the outside though, saying you don’t know who could walk in from there, but i think it was probably opened for extra ventilation purposes or something and not something that bothered me personally, and despite the things i highlighted above i was rather impressed with the state of the room in general, must’ve either been renovated fairly recently or very well maintained:)
The toilet didn't work...my friend was harrassed by a foreign national and shouting banging on our door...the whole place needs a lot of money spent on it...very tired looking...not easy to find...not value for money...no I would not stay there again
