Esperienza buona, ci tornerei.
Pros:

La camera era grande e abbastanza confortevole anche se un po’ datata. Lo staff è stato cortese e abbiamo ricevuto una camera migliore di quella prenotata, per cui direi ottimo.

Cons:

Circa 35 minuti a piedi dal centro, quindi posizione non ottimale. Parcheggio 7/8£ al giorno direi eccessivo; visto il prezzo dovrebbe essere incluso.

Lovely stay :)
Pros:

Always love to stay here, love the walk ways around the hotel. Beds are comfortable rooms are a good size and super clean, a lovely location and a good view :)

Over priced and poor quality.
Pros:

The room was very expensive and of poor quility.
The breakfast is over priced and of poor quility.

Cons:

The room was over priced at £475 for 2nights and very tired looking.
The breakfast should have been included within the cost of the room, but was of very poor quality when I paid for it.

Very poor but money worth hotel. Good for 1 night sleeping.
Pros:

Hotel was good location for its price and has low budget options. Free luggage room is good as well. You get kettle, coffee, tea, cookies, towel, soaps and clean room. Nice easy adjusting water hot/cold.

Cons:

We stayed in a budget room without window. Room floor was noisy old flooring. Duvet cover was made of newspaper I guess, every time you move, it wakes you up. Ceiling was too low, if you are 1.90cm and above, consider upgrading room. Air circulation of room was good although no windows in my room.

value for money - decent location - just don't expect decent service - remember "its a Britannia"
Pros:

It is what it is - when you book a room at Britain's most disliked hotel chain you are not expecting great things.

Cons:

Being asked if i'd like to pay for a room - top tip, 9/10 times you will get a window for free of you say no. It just feels like they want to rip you off!
