great place- top unfortunately the construction noise made if unpleasant-and it started early.
Cons:

there was construction noise that woke us up early every day after long days of conference and long evenings of events.

Normally 5 stars, but the on going gym issues, early morning ruckus and bad barrister made it ok
Pros:

Breakfast is great, the wait staff there top notch. Spa is always superb, no issues there.

Cons:

Whichever tandem worked the coffee shop Friday 20th were unbelievably slow. 20m or so to make coffee for 3 customers, all of us sighing and irritated by the wait. The barrister, not a care in the World just taking her time. Imagine if there was an actual rush.
Gym under Reno I guess, wish this was stated before I booked. I came here specifically because I can get in a solid workout before a hectic day. The basement patchwork gym unacceptable.

The worst ever Four Seasons in the world!!!
Cons:

The hotel has given me the worst room facing right in front of a construction site despite the fact that I’m a loyal customer of the Fpur Seasons. I did change to a quiet room the next day however during the change of room I have forgotten some memorable items in the drawer of my old room. When I try calling the front desk and ask them to locate my items they simply told me nothing was found! They didn’t even try to find it and simply told me nothing was found….. all in all very disappointed with the service. This is the worst Four Seasons Hotel ever and I won’t recommend it to anyone!!!

Wonderful experience!
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Toronto. Fantastic interior of rooms and very functional amenities.
Restaurant was brilliant for breakfast and dinner. D-bar is also a great place for a dinner or drink. In front of the hotel there is a nice small garden, which was pretty decorated for Christmas.
The personal is professional and very kind! Thank you so much for making our stay an unforgettable experience!!!

Cons:

One small recommendation is to think about building a Finish sauna in the large SPA area.

Outstanding stay!
Pros:

Outstanding! We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday and everything was so perfect. The staff are amazing. The accommodations are stunning. The pool, hot tub, steam room and the tiny red light sauna were great. We were very pleased.
