Pros:

Room was decent. Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant and receptive.

Cons:

View of roof.
Toilet was too low
No exhaust fan on bathroom mirror fogged up bad and mold started on ceiling.
Taking too long to get my deposit back
Didn’t receive credit for sink being stopped up when I checked in.

Mediocre at best. Not worth the money
Pros:

You pay for even the smallest things such as wifi!!! In 2025!?!?! Raquel at the front desk was the only friendly and kind colleague there. The rest were below average. Not what one would expect for an upper scale hotel.

Cons:

People like Chris, the bartenders and other staff. They all look like they hate jobs

It was a trip to remember.
Pros:

I enjoyed the bartender who was very accommodating and also was greeted by the manager she made me feel at home which is a reason I will come back and she also remembered me .

Cons:

I didn’t like the stares from the workers or the other guest however I paid it no mind .

Room amenities and services need improvements
Pros:

They forgot to clean our room during our stay. The bathroom was dated and didn’t even have a fan.
We self parked in the garage. When we checked out, we were told we could tap the room key to get our car out of the garage, then drop off the keys in the check-out drop off box. But the room key didn’t work and we had to called the emergency service for help. The services in this hotel need improvements.
