Weak shower water pressure! Great location.
Pros:

Centrally located. Easy to get around all tourist attractions by walking or with a short Uber ride. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. The front desk team made check-in a breeze. We had two deliveries sent to the hotel prior to our arrival, both packages were provided upon our arrival.

Cons:

The washroom! It was very clean and beautiful, however, the drainage from the sink does not work properly. It is impossible to brush your teeth or wash your hands without having to wait and watch the water drain out before you can complete the washing. The worst was the shower. The slow and weak shower means you need to take a long shower to wash off the soap. This is the weakest shower we have ever experienced in a hotel. Luckily we were only booked for 2 nights. I avoided washing my hair on the second night.

i was disappointed about the breakfast.
There is a condition given, a budget of $72.00, this is not clarified during hotel bookings online.
Breakfast is overpriced and We were a family of four. We had to pay extra money on the first day and then we skipped beverages to stay within budget on other days .Less breakfast options.

hotel excelente, e com certeza com um bom preço para a região.
tem cafeteria no hotel que é excelente, um otimo Bar com um menu oferecendo algumas opções .
pessoal muito atencioso e uma boa localização. é bonito e confortável.

Cons:

gostei de tudo, o unico que talvez seria um fator a comentar é que nao tem estacionamento e voce tem que estacionar no Public Parking que fica a meia quadra.

Cons:

Geboekt inclusief ontbijt. Ontbijt blijkt een voucher te zijn waarmee je voor een bepaald bedrag kan besteden bij Fredericks naast het hotel. Dat bedrag is onvoldoende voor een normaal (niet overdreven) ontbijt waardoor je altijd moet bijbetalen

The staff were truly the highlight of the stay — friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The location was convenient enough for getting around, and check-in was smooth and efficient.

Cons:

The facilities felt a bit dated and could use some updating. The room comfort and cleanliness were acceptable but not quite what you'd expect for the price — value for money felt average at best.

다만 처음 체크인을 할 때 deposit을 같이 결제하셨는데 deposit을 환불해 준다고 분명히 말씀하였는데 아직 deposit이 환불되고 있지 않아서 언제 되는지 기다리고 있습니다.

It was okay, staff was great.
Pros:

Nice size rooms, the staff was very professional, prompt, friendly and responsive

Cons:

Bathroom is small, especially the shower. Towels were small and thin, especially for a supposed 4 star hotel. The room had a funny smell that we could not identify, but it was not great. Coffee machine took a bit to learn to work. No microwave.
